I got the minoxidil rx pills 5 month…
I got the minoxidil rx pills 5 month supply and got a bad reaction needed to stop taking immediately after 3 doses and they would only give me a 50% refund for a product I shouldn’t have been prescribed. I would also like to stop getting aggressively advertised for weight loss shots when I’m 5’9 and 120lbs.

My body did not react well to the…
My body dis not react well to the medicine. While I was given different options to reduce my symptoms, I am not in a position in my career where I can play with diseases and hope it’s okay. Neurologicaly I need to be sound to provide care for my clients. I took my medicine and was not even able to complete a month. I am not able to take the medicine but was still charged the full amount with no other options other than to play with dosages. That is a lot of money to be out of an no treatment.

Side effects are brutal
The third week, I started feeling really bad, not being able to sleep, having palpitations and continuous nausea. It was awful, i felt awful. I emailed the doctors, several times, and they told me to decrease the dosage. But at this point, I was so down and sick that I just stop immediately the medications. It was a scary experience....

Extremely predatory business model
Extremely predatory business model. Their $199 per month plan cost me $2388.00 UP FRONT. Terrible customer service. They offered me a 50% refund. I cancelled my subscription immediately. There is no clinician evaluation appointment. You never talk to a medical professional. This business is unethical and dangerous.

Not satisfied!
The hair serum I ordered is really sticky and it didn’t say that in the description at all. I wanted to change to the pill and was able to get another prescription but your website and app doesn’t work so I couldn’t contact anyone to discuss the change. You have no phone number to call either.
