Absolutely “love” how the only reviews Hers responds to are the 5 star ones. Tells you everything you need to know. It’s impossible to get a hold of anyone on the company/customer service side which is scary considering this is medical treatment. I talked to a doc and received info on the treatment plan only AFTER my order was processed and charged. The treatment offered has some horrible side effects that I don’t want to take on now that I know of them. But there’s no way to stop the pills from coming. I thought with medications and medical treatment that the point is for the consumer to understand the treatment plan BEFORE being treated.

Charged for weight loss program on 10/17. Over a week later product has not shipped. I sent 2 emails requesting an update with no reply. Billing should not occur until the product is actually shipped. Lack of response disappointing. I cannot recommend this company.

I took one dose of the meds and they made me feel terrible. Nauseated, dizzy, shaky, cloudy-headed. I would have liked to reach out to find out if there’s another med to combat this but couldn’t figure out how to on the website. So I cancelled my subscription

I signed up for a weight loss approach and clicked the tab that said to let the physician determine the best course of action. A regimen was determined, I was charged and it was shipped. I was never advised of side effects and when I googled them I felt like I wanted to talk to someone further before I started this medicine and was not thrilled that I had already been charged. I reached out via the text option and the response I got made it clear that the Dr had not actually read my question. It also took two days to respond. I would not have signed up if I knew it was going to be such poor patient care. UPDATE: The side effects were memory loss and fuzziness. I've just started a new job and memory loss is not a side effect I can handle. They will not refund me even though I was never counseled on the side effects before I was charged. My daughter, who is a physician, forbade me from using the drug they prescribed. The follow-up they did through the app was simply, we can't refund you because you already have the drugs, and they can't be returned once sent. My daughter shared that my only real course of action is to report the doctor who prescribed the drugs without consulting me, to the state. There is also a class action suit against them about how they charge and how difficult it is to cancel, so google that before you join. One last thing, for the weight loss it says it's FSA eligible, but the receipt that they give you is not IRS compliant, so you can't use it.

Horrible experience! First I want to start on the questions they ask in the pre screening. They asked how many alcoholic beverages I have a week. I answered 3-4, so tell me why they prescribed a medicine that advises not to drink when taking. It can lead to hospitalization and serious health issues. I wanted something for weight loss and they prescribed me a depression medicine and an another that is for people who are addicted to opioids or alcohol. I felt manic on the pill because I was prescribed something that wasn’t a problem! I want my money back this is the biggest scam and hope they get shut down. If I could give them zero stars I would.

I have been having major headaches, nausea and vomiting. I have been on a lean and green diet with 1500 calories a day while taking this product and have gained two pounds. My gut is more bloated than before. I have stopped taking it.
