Initially I filled out the survey saying I wanted to try the topical hair treatment for my thinning hair. After submitting everything I got a message from the provider about how to consume the medication. I told them I didn't want the oral one, the side effects worried me, and I wanted the topical option. They agreed that they would send the topical, but the oral one came in the mail. I messaged them and they apologized and said the topical would be sent ASAP. It took a couple weeks, but the new one finally showed up. Unfortunately, the treatment is horrible on my hair! It is SO thick and greasy and makes my hair look horrible! What is the point of growing a little more hair if I have to use this greasy sticky solution everyday for the rest of forever? I messaged and asked if there was anything I can do since it was very expensive, and they basically said no, sorry. Prescription meds have no guarantees. I wish there was a lower cost option for testing this product, I totally wasted almost $200 on this treatment I will never use.

I only missed 2 days of taking the pills, yet my hair has not slowed up a little bit with falling out. Pretty disappointing

I’m currently in my fourth week of using Kit 1 from HERS, and I’m extremely disappointed. I initially chose this program under the impression that it offered a holistic approach to weight loss, but it turned out to be heavily based on powerful medications. The kit includes a strong antidepressant, which is surprising, as I don’t suffer from depression. This medication has led to severe anxiety and has made it difficult to function in my daily life. Additionally, there’s an opioid in the kit that’s typically used for treating drug or alcohol addiction, which causes numbness, dizziness, nausea, headaches, insomnia, and even rashes. I can’t believe this approach is marketed as a safe, holistic weight-loss plan. The side effects are overwhelming, and it feels irresponsible to prescribe such intense medications for this purpose. Now I’m forced to carefully reduce my dosage just to taper off without severe withdrawal symptoms. This experience has been incredibly unsettling, and I would not recommend this program. I’m shocked that this company is still in business.

I got a cold on 10/20 and have been very sick, it’s not Covid. I am 68 and can’t remember ever being this sick. I am wondering if the medication is part of the issue. The insomnia did not help. I reached out to the medical team yesterday but no response yet. I am going to go off the medication and destroy the medicine. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! I had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment (which they told me was required). I waited 20 minutes for someone to show up (not to mention that I rearranged for schedule for the call). After 20 minutes I just hung up. After reading some of the other reviews I guess I dodged a bullet by just wasting 20 minutes of my time. And nowhere on their site is a way to contact them.

It's so discouraging to spend hundreds of dollars and see no results, BUT even more upsetting is their customer service. I BEGGED them not to charge me a second time BEFORE they shipped another round but they ignored me for 24 hours, shipped it, then said sorry, no refunds on 300 DOLLARS of useless product. DON'T DO IT!!

I signed up for the semaglutide annually. Nowhere on their website do they mention they will only prescribe up to 1mg (1.25 mg if you push it.) The maintenance dose for semaglutide is 1.7, with the working dose being 2.4. I asked to be upped to at least the maintenance dose because I am not seeing results. They said they would but it would be double the price I paid for the year. They don't have the market cornered on compound semaglutide, we can get it at local weight loss clinics. This feels like a bait and switch. I have wasted over 2 grand on something that has no ROI.
