I made the mistake to choose this shady company to order my weight loss products as I lost contact to my physician due to relocation. I choose a plan that fits my monthly budget as they display the charges as monthly payments. Surprise: they charged me the full among for a year at once. I soon I received the warning from my bank I contacted them to unsubscribe and told them to not send me the medication as I don’t want it but my demand my full return. The had the insolence to state that once the prescription reaches the pharmacy and it is prepaid it’s too late. Nonsense, because the prescription wasn’t even shipped but after a day I’ve received notification of shipping. This company is a shameful deceitful and unethical one that preys on people. I’m writing this review to make people aware and I would suggest you to do the same.

This medication ended up almost costing me my life , 4 trips to the ER , two visit to my doctor and one endoscopy, and one Catscan , I have my whole treatment untouched , it took only 2 pills and almost killed me . Definitely not for me , maybe can work for others since we all have different type of bodies , I always been healthy no issues whatsoever but these pills were made me so sick both times ! Imagine a never ending food poisoning.

This is essentially a self-service platform. I picked my own plan, no one advised me. The side effects of one of the medications were terrible and likely dangerous for me (blurred vision, extreme nausea, etc), and when I asked about it, I got very little support. Over the course of the 3 weeks I have been on the platform, I have NEVER talked to the same doctor or member care advocate twice. It's a new person every single time. I'm still taking 2 of the 3 medications and trying to see if they will work for me since I have them (I'm on week 4), but I won't ever use this service again unless something radically changes with their support. I have no confidence in this company.

Absolute scam of a company. Like many others on this website I tried to cancel and order before it shipped and was told it wasn't possible. I didn't realize they were sending drugs that make you sick if you drink and while I don't drink much there is no need for me to be on those medications. In the questionnaire they only ask you if you drink more than 4 drinks per week which is no but I don't want to throw up after a glass of wine! This is the kitchen sink of products and customer service is horrible. Save your money - you can get these drugs for $5 through insuramce. Insanity.

I’ve gained weight. I’ve never saw the benefit of weight loss. The second shipment was sent and received but I will not be using. I would like to return it all for a refund.

This company provides horrible medical care and makes it extremely difficult to contact anyone to cancel. They told me I couldn't cancel even though it was not shipped. They will automatically charge and prescribe you without warning, so you can never meet with a provider to weigh the pros and cons. Save your money and your body and go somewhere else.

The company doesn't offer advice, just asks you what drugs you want. I tried to cancel on the app two weeks ago, and believed I had done so. Then, the renewal charge was pending on my credit card account today. I called them to cancel, and they wouldn't allow it, even though the renewal date is today. I would never use any of their services. It's extremely poor, and the fact that I told them the drugs were giving me bad side effects, and they wouldn't let me cancel on the day of renewal is terrible service.

I started hers weight loss program 10 days ago and after the first day I immediately felt sick with severe migraines and nausea . I continued thinking that my body will get use to the medication ( antidepressants + medication for opiate and alcohol addiction) I am not depressed, I am not an alcoholic or a drug addict. I know this because my migraines was so severe that I went to my doctor with the HERS medication. My doctor told me to immediately discontinue these medications. I payed almost $300 , I didn’t call them to get a refund because I know that it’s a waste of my time . I will simply move on and forget about this bad experience.
