Technical errors cause medication to be withheld
I subscribed to the weight loss program for a year and paid up front. Apparently a “technical error” caused the second prescription of my medication to be missed therefore causing me to run out of medication and no one will tell me whether or not I will actually be able to get the medication. It is very frustrating and at this point, not worth the hassle and money.

Doesn’t work
Doesn’t work. Used for 3 months and got no results. They charged my credit card again to refill the prescription. The same day, I cancelled the order and requested $175 refund. Representative and manager refused to refund my money and stated the prescription could not be cancelled because it was sent at 1am.

Im 3 days in and I can’t do anything
Im 3 days in and I can’t do anything. I can’t eat anything. I can’t even get up. I’m on the white drugs and it’s just horrible so I basically just lost $300. Do not do this.

It is extremely difficult to figure out…
It is extremely difficult to figure out how to contact someone with customer service issues. There is no phone number. There is no email. There is nothing on the app but a "care" tab which only messages doctors. If you click "send a message" on the website it just loops you through the same log in info repeatedly.

Unclear and unprofessional
Different responders from “Care Team” every message and lag in notification time so that I couldn’t respond properly before a different person reached out and cancelled my plan. Extremely disappointed in this level of customer service considering the price point.

terrible company, avoid at all costs
terrible company, avoid at all costs. I went with a treatment plan from HERS and after my hair started falling out in clumps they refused to refund me for 5 months worth of unused product/medication telling me that "just like a doctor's office we can't know who will have adverse reactions to our products." however, a real MD would never give you 6 months of medication without seeing if you had adverse reactions first. they sell you on a lower cost for the prescription and then when it doesn't work, they won't refund you. What a hoax.
