BEWARE I placed a subscription and within a few hours I canceled that subscription. It said that I had canceled my subscription but three days later they sent me a text and they mailed my product. I called them to tell them I had Cancel my subscription and they told me oh that’s just for future subscriptions not your initial order. So I asked if I could just send it back when I receive it and they said no because of the nature of the product so now I’m screwed.

I did some googling for hair supplements and this came up a lot so I did the questionnaire and before I knew it I was charged $175 and confirmed an order so I figured I would try it. I was mortified to find that when I called and changed my mind after googling the reviews and finding horrific results, They refuse to refund or let me send back the unopened package. I figured I may as well try it if I’m stuck with this expense I tried it. I was extremely nauseous for 24 hours. They claim they have doctor prescribing us, but who are they to be in a position to prescribe us something with a prescription on a bottle? It’s been 24 hours and I still wanna throw up. I called my credit card and disputed the charge successfully. Very disappointed with the customer service very scamming

This is the most horrible medication! I am a healthy 59 year old woman and I followed the prescribed plan to a dime. The level of violent nausea and diarhea that I had once I began week three with the added medication on that date was debilitating. The customer service seemed to careless when I reported these side effects. I do not suggest anyone use this product. I have never felt this sick.

I asked to cancel a medication order a few minutes after it was approved and was declined. Give me a break, like it was really being filled in the middle of the night? I cancelled for two reasons: I thought the medication was Wegovy and also it was too expensive. I'll be telling everyone not to use you! Thank you for limiting my Christmas gift budget for my kids!!

Topiramate was HORRIBLE. I had to stop it after 2 weeks of not being able to function. Extreme exhaustion, nausea, vomiting, skin irritation, and more. Just terrible. This was a complete waste of money.

I haven’t had a good experience at all. My “automatic refill” took so long I was without medication for a week and a half and it completely screwed with my body and hormones and made me sick when I started taking the meds again and was nauseous for weeks after. Reached out on the portal multiple times trying to get a hold of anyone took forever for anyone to get back to me. By then it was way too late.

I have recently moved to hers for my glp1 prescription because of the ability to pay for a year for a cheaper price than the month to month at the previous company I was at. I have been using Hers product for two weeks and in those two weeks it seem to not last for the full week. I didn’t have this problem with other glp1 so I reached out to see if I might have gotten a bad vial. They were extremely unhelpful in the chat asking me the same questions over and over then repeatedly asking in I wanted to cancel even when I explained that was not my goal I just wanted help with their product. I’m still not gotten a resolution after 24 hours. I’m thinking I might be going back to my previous company. They still have not resolved the problem. I have asked multiple times for help and they only respond with cut and paste.

I am giving 1 star because there’s nothing lower! I am beyond disappointed! I just started week four treatment and i haven’t lost a single pound, i don’t eat much, food no fatty foods, i eat lots of veggies and fruits. The pills are making me very nauseous and sick to my stomach. Every time I contact customer support I get no answer to my satisfactory. I get links on how to manage the nausea (which doesn’t work). I don’t recommend! Please don’t waste time nor money! It’s extremely expensive for garbage! All i wanted to lose was the weight around my waist I gained due to a loss pregnancy. Again do not buy into! I wished I had read reviews before I bought this!
