Hello, I'm disappointed with my weight loss so far. I'm in week 7 and have lost 3 lbs. After reading the information on the HERS website, I was excited to get started on my weightloss journey. Needless to say for almost $900 for the compound Semaglutide, I am dissatisfied with the outcome so far. I will continue thru the 12 week program because I have paid for it, but I will not be renewing to continue this program and will be canceling before the next ship date.

This is a scam
This is a scam! You can not speak to anyone, only through a message board. I wrote in that I had bad side effects for the oral hair loss medication prior to my order ship date. They offered a topical product, which I said I would like to switch to. The unfortunate part is, they did not advise me to pause the oral medication via the app and sent it anyway. I refused the product and it was returned. They will not refund me $175 that I was charged or replace with the alternate medication. That fact that this is their behavior is extremely frustrating. There are a lot of products on the market, choose one of their worthy competitors.

Go to prefer to meet with a physician prior to being prescribed medication. This is not a good platform

I'm so completely frustrated by the…
I'm so completely frustrated by the company and product. Any time I reach out on the messages, it's never the same medical staff so I get completely different answers or none at all. My shipment of meds was mislabeled and so I have no idea what dose I'm supposed to be taking and no one answers. I've had some significant side effects that I mention in the check ins (which are rare that anyone cares to check in) and all I get is stock answers saying "I'm sorry. We have to get that under control" but then no one does. It doesn't actually feel like I'm under the care of any physician and this is expensive so I thought I'd be taken care of more
