Very easy weight loss!
I started the medicine July 18th, as of today I have lost 57 pounds. I think what made the difference for me and my biggest piece of advice would be to anyone starting is: Don't expect the meds to do all the work. Let the medicine set you up for success. Feel yourself wanting less food, less alcohol, less sugar and lean into it. Let that support make maintaining a calorie deficit very very easy. Then start to exercise daily, anything just start and build up. The weight comes off about 10 pounds a month. I'm very happy!
