I’m a cancer survivor and hair was one of my issues. Before I signed up I sent yu medications I’m on. My hair which is allready thin fell out in clumps and I was nauseous. According to your site this would stop never did. I stopped taking your product but the damage is done. I’m disappointed I thought you had a doctor who prescribed according to the meds you are on . I’m seeing my oncologist today and I’m sure he’ll tell me to stop taking g your product. Please exit me from your program

I paid $1200 upfront for a year of the injectable semi glutide. I have been on it before through a local provider and lost 34 lbs. I decided to try Hers due to the lower cost. I have been on it for 2.5 months and I have gained 2 lbs. I can't seem to get any support from the chat on the app and actually seem to talke to a different person each time they doesn't address my issues. One issue was the lack of weight loss so I asked to go up in my dose. Couldn't get an answer on that so I kept asking. They recently sent me a message saying I could go to a high dose semi glutide for another $400 a month. This is on top of the $1200 I have paid for the only 6 month supply I received. I am still owed another 6 month supply which I am still not sure I will ever get. I have recently asked for a phone number to actually call for help so we will see if they provide one. Still trying to let them make it right but not very hopeful that they will. I suggest going to a local wellness doctor and pay the little extra money for the in person support and actually lose the weight.

Waited for 10 minutes for my provider to show for an appointment for my weight loss meds and no one ever showed and I still do not have my jeds

My shipping took too long for pills that I paid $395 for. Is it honestly that much more that you guys can't upgrade shipping so that we can get our product in a more timely manner. I went through the signup process on Oct 25, and my prescription was sent to the pharmacy. The order shipped on Nov 10. My product was supposed to Arrive Nov 25, but didn't arrive until Nov 29. That's a long wait for people who have made a decision AND given you $395

Not seeing results going on 5 weeks

Words cannot express my dissatisfaction with FORHERS. What a joke. I accessed their site to learn about hair loss and before I knew it, during my navigation, they connected me to their weight loss area of the website. So, curious, I asked some questions online, cause they of course don't let you actually speak with a person. They are advertising Semaglutide at around $99 - $294 and it's not until later in the process that you find out that you're charged for several months at a time. They charged my card over $1,100 WITHOUT my authorization, even while I was still trying to CHAT with their so called doctors. It's all AI driven as I was getting the same answers for the questions that I was asking. I was told that they had to contact my PCP, next thing I know, I was "approved" for COMPOUND Semaglutide (which is NOT approved by the FDA). When you first log on to their site, they tell you that you're not going to be charged until everything is explained. I was still in the process of asking questions when they decided to approve me and charge my card without my consent. I am furious. Oh and the hair loss product has SO MANY side effects. Then they tell me the order was already going to be fulfilled. I told them not to ship it. Of course I couldn't talk to a real person. Then, even after I tell them not to ship it, I get an email 24 hours later that says it just shipped. Are you kidding me. Don't fall for it. What a scam. I was a customer of hers and I do not recommend it. Here’s why: 1. you are not able to speak someone directly if you need assistance they have the chat in the app and they reapond between 20 minutes to 24 hours 2. i was having a lot of side effect from the topiramate dizziness, headaches, nausea basically i was like a vegetable when i was on it and i was so miserable it lasted for 1 week 3. when i inquired to have a different regimen, they cancelled my subscription (which I paid already for 5 months) and now i have to wait 48 hiurs to get a response from anyone 4. if you’re on the injections maybe you will have a better response but for the oral kit which includes bupropion ( may cause drug dependence) and thats why they put you on naltrexone and vit b12 to reverse that but they dont explain it all in all … i lasted for a week they took my money poor customer service also those pills probably not good for you its just bad news …..

I was charged for a product I never wanted in the first place. I think it’s a scam the way they charge the customer BEFORE telling them what they’ll be getting. And then making the process of reaching out to cancel an order much more difficult than it was to sign up in the first place. I never wanted to buy all of these pills for weight loss. I gave my credit card info thinking I was getting the semaglutide because that’s what I was trying to sign up for. Not what I was charged for and what was rush delivered out to my house while I was out of town. I want to return the product and a full refund because I did not order this, but I was given a partial refund and then never heard back after I responded with my dissatisfaction about it. Im very unhappy with the advertising and how it pulls you in, gathers your info, and then sells you something different after it gets your money and tells you you dont qualify for what you were trying to sign up for. I’ll be posting my review about this experience if I don’t get this issue resolved.
