They state that they will provide you guided help along the way. They also state that you will have someone available to answer your questions at anytime. All are highly overstated. First, they don’t give you the best time to take the meds. When I asked I never got a response. I waited 4 days for a response to only get a very generic link. Since then I get very generic responses. It is always from a different person who clearly didn’t read my previous response. In a previous response I stated I was concerned I was eating between 500-800 calories to which I got a canned response of “would you like to increase your medication to decrease your appetite”. To which I responded I can’t believe I medical professional would recommend I eat less than 500 calories a day. They of course corrected themselves but it was clear they didn’t really read the previous response. I don’t think they do what they promised. I am extremely disappointed. Unfortunately my subscription automatically renewed so I got charged again for this horrible process. I am out a lot of money for nothing.

I have the same complaints as others on this thread and we are posting around the same time frame. I purchased Compound Semaglutide on 12/5 and I still have not received the product. I was promised a $100 then $200 refund I have yet to receive. I am patient but it feels like Hers is avoiding my questions. I think I’m gonna jump ship and go with Ro or another compound pharmacy.

Absolutely 100% does not work. In fact, I GAINED weight and had INCREASED body fat. I have no idea what the hell I was taking but it sure as shit wasn’t Metformin. I felt ZERO side effects. Literally no GI symptoms, as one should have.. no appetite suppression… nothing. And I’m not an over-eater. I exercise regularly with cardio and strength training. I’m active throughout the day. I eat well and try to get close to 100g protein/day. Probably need more protein, but good lord, there should have been some changes.. oh, and I cut out all alcohol for the last 2.5 months. Do not waste your money. If it is easy to get online, there is probably a reason for it. Go talk to your PCP, get a referral to a weight loss specialist. Not an online telehealth doc-in-box. It’s terrible.

My husband took these for a month and almost died. The medications contributed to his appendix rupturing, him getting sepsis and almost dying. I asked for a refund and was not provided one. Customer service is unhelpful and this medication can ultimately do significant damage to a person.

I placed an order and canceled hours after placing it. I was afraid of how my body would react the the medication due to underlying health issues. The order had not yet processed nor shipped. They reached out AFTER processing the order against my wishes. Have begun the shipping process and refused me a refund. It’s Christmas Eve. This place is a scam. They have countless BBB complainants and even more negative reviews online. Do not shop with this company. They are scam artists.

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. They don’t let you cancel even when the product hasn’t shipped yet and it can’t be taken due to other medications. This place is a scam
