I did not order this medication nor do I want this. There are prescription medications in here that conflict with my current prescriptions. I never approved this order! I was charged over $400 without my permission! I am having a very difficult time speaking to anyone and trying to get my $$ returned to me. Never completed medical assessment.

sending me meds i already have and are not what i asked for. i need to return what was sent and given a refund. maybe then I would like to actually talk to someone before l am charged again for something i wasn't asking for. I never replied to you asking for a different payment because i did not want wellbutrin. I am still unsure how my payment was processed without ever consulting a dr.

I ordered a hair vitamin product that was not particularly effective. That alone is not worth a one star review. However I was then charged for the next round of the subscription ($175 for 5 months worth) without any advance notice. I caught the charge prior to shipping and went to request refund/cancellation, however it was extremely difficult to do so. I had to download an app and go through several hoops to even contact customer service. Then they refused to cancel the order because it had “already processed” despite not yet shipping. Subscription cancellation is also very difficult to access, which violates FTC requirements. I won’t do business with this company again.

Total sham. Snake oil. I didn’t lose any weight and was just nauseous for weeks, even after only taking the, for 2weeks. I took the meds to my doctor and he said they were meds for seizures (which I don’t have) and diabetes (which I don’t have). He told me not to take them. I reported this and asked for refund and got basically a ”f****”off. Buyer beware.

I don’t like the liquid. I thought it was suppose to be in pill form?

I have followed this consistently and have not lost one pound since starting 6 weeks ago. I constantly feel heartburn but have not lost any weight or inches.

I tried the weight loss meds and had to purchase several months supply for $350. One week in the meds made me so sick and every "medical professional" that responded to me gave me a different answer. I cancelled the auto renew and tried to take the meds again and they removed the treatment plan so I don't even know how or when I need to take these prescription meds. I paid for the meds and the service. If they are going to deny you medical assistance you need to refund me for the meds I cannot take. This is dangerous practice.

An absolute scam!! This is NOT a case of buyers remorse….I had fully intended to consider a hair loss product or program!! But instead, was led down a rabbit hole that resulted in being charged for a drug that is in NO way related to hair loss. I attempted to navigate the site on 12/31 in order to investigate hair loss solutions and packages. I was a little confused when I got to a point where I was required to complete a “mental health” survey, and I should have stopped there. But I continued (who doesn’t experience a little urgency during the holidays? 😏), then reached a point where I had to stop, intending to abort and start over after the holiday. In the meantime, they sent an email to the internal messaging system, and the SAME DAY, New Years Day, no less, they shipped an “anxiety med” AND billed me >$140. No phone call from a med professional, no email. I didn’t have a chance to review what was being sent (or why!!!???). I reached out asap to stop shipment but of course, it had been shipped. Yes, I entered my CC info during the questionnaire process, because I fully intended to try a recommended hair loss product (after review of WHAT was recommended, and the cost!!!) but am now paying $140+ for a drug that I did not agree to, has NOTHING to do with hair loss, and would cost me less than $10 via my Dr and insurance coverage. I’ve reported this company to State AG for underhanded scheme and devise practices, and for so little oversight in conveying drugs that could end up in the wrong hands.
