AGEIST!!! I’m only 53 years old and in good health. I went on “HERS” to seek Monoxodil for severely thinning hair. They had the gall to refer me to a GERIATRIC SPECIALIST! She not only refused to prescribe me anything, but said my severe hair thinning wasn’t female pattern baldness and she had never even looked at my photos! I FOUND MUCH BETTER SERVICE AND ETHICAL, NON-AGEIST service at RO.com!

Buyer, Be Aware of Refund Policy. I wish I could have gotten more refunded for my minoxidil prescription. I experienced really acute heart racing and in cases where side effects are intolerable, I wish there was more that could be refunded because you have to pay for so much up front and you don’t know how the medication will work for you.

No refund
Unfortunately with a subscription if you do not remember to pause or cancel your subscription they do not send reminder emails for your next shipment and still charge you if the prescription is processed. Even if it hasn't shipped yet they still will not cancel the order.

No support. Hers got my money over a week ago and I have not even received a tracking number yet. I will have to go through my bank to try and get my money back. This is a huge scam.

I keep losing my hair and they won’t help me
I keep losing my hair and am asking for help solving the problem as the vitamin is supposed to help me grow my hair. Customer service just says “shedding occurs”. I’ve had 3 months of shedding and no growth. Customer service doesn’t respond with any answers and ignores my requests. So disappointed.

I was really hoping to become a customer of Hers. I was looking for weight loss injections so I went to their website. I went through all of the questions related to health, allergies, etc... when I got to the end, the recommendation to me was a pill, that contains the ONLY thing I listed as an allergy, Metformin. Why would you give me something that can kill me?????

Weight loss pills made me so sick—poor medical practice to sell months' worth of medicine without knowing how patients may tolerate it. Had I been warned about the possibility of suffering these horrible side effects, I may have ordered only a short-term subscription to try out. It’s not about care-it’s about money.
