I do not feel as if I am getting $149 per month worth of services. Other companies such as Noom charge $49 which seems more reasonable for monthly monitoring and every other month prescription fills. Also you need better explanation of microdosing and the long terms plans/effects. Your website is glitchy. I cannot put in a decimal for my weight when I am answering the monthly questions for a provider. I get 30 reminders to complete the monthly assessment before it is even available on the website - very frustrating. After I enter a new daily weight, the app gets stuck on the 'you have lost/gained' screen with no way to get out excvept to close the app and come back in.

It’s really expensive compared to others. I might be looking to change providers due to cost. Everything else has been good.

I definitely don’t want any more. The 1.5’s were tolerable. My stomach was fine but I had a lot of fatigue and tiredness. I only took the 4’s a few days. I was hoping for anti inflammatory feeling but never got that and the loss is f appetite I’d say was minor. Can’t do it anymore. PLEASE don’t ship anymore to me Thanks you Jeannine Norlander

It was easy to sign up and when I send a message HERS responds quickly and kindly. However, the app is unusable. Everytime I open it it asks if I've started treatment and then it freezes. If I reopen and try to log my weight it freezes again.

I liked that the medication finally arrived and had no issues with the medication. I had to wait more than two months for it though. I downloaded the application but it does not work - I cannot access Hers through the app on my phone so communication has to be done from my pc. I felt deceived because the membership is $149 and the medication is same price- I don't remember this detailed. My credit card was charged all at once for two months of memberships plus the medication -You charged my card but have not been able to provide a receipt so that I can obtain reimbursement from the Health care spending account so this is very frustrating!

It seems like more hair is falling out these days..it's been 4 weeks since I took daily pills and some say it's normal to have more fall outs for 2-6 weeks, so hopefully new hair will come out thicker and fuller.

Company overall is fine, its just so expensive for out of pocket patients.

I am just not seeing the results I thought I would.
