Signed up in June and have already been charged -40$ intro fee and 2 charges for$ 145 and did not even receive the medication. Then it was impossible to speak with a live person to understand the charges. In the chat it was explained it was $145 a month for subscription an additional $145 for medication. I feel that hers misrepresented their advertisement as 149$ a month of medication.

I didn't realize that I would be paying $298.00 per month instead of $149.00. I wasn't happy with the results so I told them I wanted to cancel my subscription but they had already sent another them. I'm not happy with the way they do business and unless they refund the $149.00 for a membership I'm not using, I will never recommend this company to anyone.

One of the worst platforms and executions I've encountered! Why this made the Forbes list I don't know; influencers perhaps. The "membership" process was poorly explained and Medication execution through "Gifthealth" was thoroughly lacking. I haven't even received my medication yet and I have canceled; that's how disappointing this experience was.

These patches are huge. I'm old but not in the granny swimwear yet and I still am intimate with my husband. It's hard to hide these things. They should just draw red circles on it to make it a little more obvious! All the others I have seen are clear and see through and about the size of a quarter. This is a giant foamy circle. The first night I went to bed with it my husband was like "what the hell is that thing". You really need to work on this. It is embarrassing.

I truly appreciate all of the care that I have been receiving and the frequent checkups. It is a great supporting community to be a part of. My concern is that fact that I have spent over $300 and have barely seen any results or consistency. $300 is a lot of money coming out of a college students paycheck and for me to not even be down 5 pounds in almost 6 weeks is sickening. I am trying to be understanding about me not qualifying for an increased dose but when is it not working the way it’s supposed too than frustration is what it normal to feel when I am spending this much money.

I had to stop taking the medication I was feeling terrible. . I was experiencing major fatigue and nausea my eye started bothering me. I had to laid down most of the day. Haven’t taken the medication for three days feeling much better still losing weight still feeling full. Not sure what I’m going to do next however, I am down to 215.lbs
