Was charged $149 as a membership fee without getting product. It’s definitely a bait and switch scam. Only had to lose 10 lbs and they want a long term financial commitment. This is a huge rip off

Poor service
Your response messages are computer printed. I have sent several messages stating it is not working... no personal responses. This month i should have been on 9mg... I was sent 4mg. I am trying to reach out to the company.... there is nowhere to call or send a message. I am not happy with this company!!!

I was charged for a subscription after it was canceled and it is impossible to talk to a person rather than an AI bot.

Hidden fees
Hers failed to mention each time you fill a prescription and they provide a consultation there is an additional $99 fee + the cost of your prescription for someone to ask you two questions online. This is simply a money grab, nothing else.

Do yourself a favor and don’t fall for…
Do yourself a favor and don’t fall for HERS Nonsense about the little white pill that helps you lose weight and keep it off. Instead of addressing the fact that these pills don’t work, all the while taking your money, they will tell you to cut calories, then cut more calories. They’ll tell you to exercise. Then exercise some more. In the meantime another month has gone by and another pile of money. The pills may well be a placebo for all I know. I’m not the first to complain. It’s one of the top complaints. Aren’t we all so tired of being taken advantage of? So again, do yourself a favor and go somewhere that has proven results. READ ABOUT THIS COMPANY.

Over a month- order not get arrived.
I ordered from HERS in July. It’s been over a month I have yet to receive my order. Customer service is generic and unhelpful.

It started good but they really pushed…
It started good but they really pushed the higher dosage. After the first two weeks of excellent communication there was minimal interraction. I was eligible for $50 a month with Medicare and HERS would not help me. They like the money in their pocket. Then the worst happened I was severely sick as a dog with a fever and pancreatitus. I had told them I had pancreatitus in the 90's. Proceed with caution with these folks.
