First I had a question about possible drug interactions with motion sickness patches that I would be using while in a cruise. I took a long time to get an answer and I spoke to someone new every time. Then. I had side affects and the only response I got was there are side affects. I get that drugs have side affects when I told them I was eating and drinking properly they never responded with anything else not a let’s adjust your meds. Nope it’s you got in the box or screw you.

You make it virtually impossible to track down a customer support email. I still haven’t been able to find it. You hit contact us and it’s just endless loop. You don’t bother sending a customer a preemptive email to notify them their subscription is about to renew. Which would be incredibly helpful to have an option to pause or skip a shipment. Every single company that I have a subscription with does this. The only thing you offer is to “send you a message”. Once you do that you give no confirmation that the message is received or when someone will reach out. Get better customer experience people on your team and do better

I authorized $69 to come out of my account not realizing they would be charging me for the entire subscription at once. I immediately tried contacting them to cancel via chat and no reply. I tried 3 times and no reply. It just said I could cancel any future subscriptions. I had to call my bank in order to cancel this nightmare.

I started my profile in October. Once I saw that it would be $400, I didn't go through with it and decided to try to lose weight on my own. Come January I hadn't lost any weight and felt hopeless. I got back on my profile, continued my assessment, and entered my card number. My state required a video call with a physician. But there's no appointments available. Instead of assigning an appointment, you have to sit on the site, that signs you out every time it reloads, and click request an appointment, just for it to say no one is available. I did this for two weeks until I finally got an appointment...for two weeks out. Whatever, finally an end in sight. Appointment was today at 1240 pm. I got on the call and sat for 25 minutes. Nobody came on the call. As I'm sitting there waiting, I get a text that says, "we missed you. Reschedule now". How could I have missed the appointment if I'm in the call? I hung up. Clicked reschedule and now there's no appointments available. I feel so helpless with this company and my weight loss journey. They don't care about you, they clearly only care about the money. Now I'm back to square one trying to find a company that can assist me promptly without using a shot. It takes a lot for me to put my pride aside and get assistance with anything. Taking this step was huge for me and I feel absolutely defeated. Edit 2/22/2025: Hers replied to this asking for more info. I think they do this to look like they care. I sent additional information on Feb 17th, when they asked, and haven't heard a thing since. I'm now struggling to find where to delete my account because they don't have that option on the website or app. Look elsewhere for weight loss assistance because Hers makes you jump through hoops.
