I ordered my product- paid almost $2000.00 for a year supply. Was told they were low on product, yet my sister ordered 5 days AFTER I did and got hers within that week. She only lives an hour from me. It took 3.5 weeks to get my product after emailing several times and getting a generic I am sorry.

When I reached the third month and the corresponding dosage increase, the side effects became untenable. I was no longer just nauseous, I was throwing up almost on a daily basis. I also had constant diarrhea. I had to discontinue use.

They do not provide the service they advertise and you pay for. It is a scam and won’t refund you. I signed up to use Hers.com and during my intake I indicated that I tend to have side effects with medication, and they indicated they would send me nausea medication. It has been seven days since I reached out to them to let them know they did not send it to me. They completely ignore all Clinical Care communication with people they are prescribing medication to. I am told the email/chat is not monitored even though they say you get a response within 4 hours. I have provided my pharmacy information; however, it has not been called in and others are given medication which is included in the initial payment of $1400. I have to pay out of pocket for it. This seems dangerous to me to prescribe medication and then leave your paying customers out to dry and fend for themselves. All you get are automated responses. Go through Weight Watchers. It is less expensive and you get weekly one on one face to face meetings with a Doctor. I had to file a BBB complaint to get a response but it was only automated. It appears I will need to file a complaint with my credit card company to get any official resolution.

***edit: Still no contact. Provided account information and nothing. Tried to remove my CC info and again nothing. What’s scary is how difficult it is to contact someone and receive a resolution. I’m starting to believe the positive reviews are bots. *********************************** I’ve been waiting a week to schedule with a provider. I keep receiving emails asking me to schedule but when I go in there are no available appointments. No option to schedule anything in the future. No customer service contact to escalate concerns. Now my CC information is on this app with zero assurance that the services I’m requesting will be delivered.

They lied about the price so I immediately canceled everything. Took screen shots of it being canceled. They are still a week later every day trying to take over 2000 out of my account. Do not give these people your bank info. The will bill you even if you do not have an account .

Lack of support. Medical team does NOT provide enough communication, support, and realistic goals for patients. Medication is a compound, it is not real prescription strength. The company needs to be forth coming with this information.

So I wrote a review about how unhappy I was about the hers weight loss program and I got a response that they were gonna look into my account and get back to me. Funny they never did then I looked at all the other reviews and they have a basically 2 or 3 auto generated responses. Made me feel the same as when I was trying to ask for help with my doses. Unbelievable so disappointing

I have been so sick on this medication. I contacted them today and they said to get Tums or pepto I wish I had not spent $400 and I’m only a week in. I can’t function, I had to leave work. I kept taking it thinking it would get better but it didn’t. This is the worse because now I have a five months supply on something that makes me so nauseous and throwing up. I can’t believe that there is no solution. No refund, no other options. I’m so completely upset and discouraged.
