I was enticed to sign up for a lengthy prescription and after 3 weeks when my hair started falling out in masses, I was only able to receive a refund on the pills that had not shipped. I would have gladly retuned the bottles of pills I had not used (months worth) for a refund but that was not an option so I am out $350. Expensive lesson.

Day 1 - I took the Bupropion and 1/2 Naltrexone, Topiramate, B12 combination at 6am the morning of Wed, Feb 19th. It made me extremely nauseous and extremely lite headed. Unfortunately, I was out of commission for most of the 1st day. It actually made me hungry. Day 2 - I took the Bupropion alone. It still made me queasy and lite headed (dizzy). And I still felt hungry throughout the day. Day 3 - I took the combination again and again I experienced the extreme nausea and dizziness. I was really counting on this product to help me take off the next 80lbs. I'm a little disappointed that I can't use it. I stopped taking all of the medication.

After reading these complaints on here and the BBB complaints . This company should absolutely be shut down. Very hard to get in contact with them to start. I ordered their product, had it for 3 days, did not use. I was able to talk to a person finally, and was told I can not return the product. She said your doctor is the same. I said not the same, this is a website, you are not getting treated in any way by an professional. She said I should read the policy. I read the policey and it was very contradicting. Stated.. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR PARTIALLY USED SUBSCRIPTION PERIODS, ALTHOUGH WE MAY PROVIDE REFUNDS ON A CASE- BY-CASE BASIS IN OUR SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION. (I just received the product, they MAY provide refunds) so what exactly does that mean?

I filled out the questionnaire and the medication they prescribed included something I have taken and not tolerated in the past. However, unable to do anything but fulfill the order. No ability to ask any questions of a medical professional and no review of my history or even an online exam with back and forth. I am a physician and this is bad and dangerous medicine.

On the web site it states $150 dollars a month for 12 month subcription. but once you put your credit card or bank card in they tried to charge me up front for the whole year at $1989.00.Thats the bate and switch trick my bank rejected the charge and i got a call from the fraud department. No number to contat them at hers. So they said go to the website to cancel i did that. Three days later they tried to charge my card again for $1898.00. My bank called again stated i need a new card they cancel my card due to hers keep tryng to charge me even though i canceled

There is little guidance and I am not sure that the injections provided are compounded appropriately. I saw no results after almost 3 months. I'm devastated by the amount of money I have spent on this

I believe with all my heart and soul the people writing these 5 star and even some 4 star reviews are 100% either bots or people that work for Hers making fake reviews on here. I don’t think for a second Hers works, nor do I believe it has the same ingredients as the shots you get from the doctor. If you read the fine fine fine print that you have to use a magnifying glass to read, it’s probably there since they legally have to say this somewhere in print. Even the replies here to these reviews are just an auto response! They make tons of money selling this snake oil. You are more likely to win the Powerball jackpot TOMORROW than you are to get a reply from their non-existent customer service. I have never seen a more useless company in all my life!! Read the fine print people!! And BEWARE of these FAKE five star reviews!!!!
