Buyer Beware! Horrible customer service
First shipment of Semaglutide arrives a week late and 20 degrees above the recommended temperature range. Customer service team told me it would be fine and I should use the medication. Subsequently I had to change the date of my next shipment. That process took a week and a half of repeating myself to a new representative (I’m assuming) who was completely unaware of my situation that I’d explained at length numerous times already. Almost 2 weeks later (and 2 injections) they informed me the medication wouldn’t be effective due to the aforementioned temperature discrepancy. No clue why they wouldn’t tell me this right away.. before I had done 2 injections. They offer to send me another shipment free of charge. This again changed the appropriate date for my next shipment. I was told they would not change the date again and instead would have to cancel and sign up again, which makes absolutely no I sense and is a huge inconvenience. The next shipment arrived with a freezer pack, a small, unsealed box containing alcohol pads, syringes, anti-nausea medication, and instructions. There was no actual medication in the box. I contacted customer service almost 24 hours ago when I noticed this. I have still not received any response. I guess I just got scammed out of $500 in exchange for ineffective medication, horrible customer service, and anti-nausea pills.
