So far dealing with your app has been a genuine nightmare. Humans are not available and my meds ended up arriving late for my 5th dose. I don’t have high hopes for my second refill. If that one fails to arrive in a timely manner without be reaching out and fighting tooth and nail to receive it, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Overall I would never recommend your services to friends and family.

I had a very disappointing experience with Hers Weight Loss. The treatment did not work for me, and I did not see the results I expected. What made the experience worse was the billing. I understood my weight-loss treatment to cost $149 per month, but I was also charged a separate recurring $99 membership fee, bringing the monthly total to $248. I later discovered the medication and membership were being billed separately. I contacted Hers and requested a refund of two $99 membership charges. They denied the request and referred me to their refund policy and terms. I specifically asked them to provide the enrollment or checkout record showing where I agreed to a recurring $99 monthly membership fee in addition to the $149 medication charge, but they did not provide that documentation. I canceled both the medication subscription and membership. Between the lack of results, the much higher total cost than I understood when enrolling, and the difficulty getting the billing issue resolved, I would not use Hers Weight Loss again. If you are considering this program, I strongly recommend carefully reviewing the medication cost, membership fee, auto-renewal terms, and refund policy before signing up.

I was supposed to receive my 4 mg Wegovy after completing 30 days at 1.5 mg, but my shipment was never sent. I reached out to find out what happened, and I was told that my options were either to pay for a couple of pills to tide me over or go back to the 1.5 mg dose. I don’t feel that either option is fair, considering this situation happened because my shipment was never sent in the first place. I shouldn’t have to pay additional money or go back to a lower dose because of an issue with the shipment. The other thing is that they charged me $149 and $149 for my 2nd shipment that I didnt get until after the fact. They told me that its 149 for the pill and $149 for my enrollment . This was never told to me in the beginning. I have decided that I am going to cancel my subscription. This company was referred to me from y doctor and really disappointed in how I was treated and false information and will find another company that could supply a better service. How do iI go about cancelling..

For $149/month, you should be sending way more proactive, helpful communications. You know that some people experience side effects such as nausea, diarrhea and/or constipation, hair loss etc. I would expect that for $149/month, you would be sending more informative correspondence on how to minimize these effects. Maybe a weekly email with recipes for increasing protein/fiber intake - that would be extremely helpful to me... Speaking of me, I'm one of the fortunate people that has experienced virtually no side effects since starting my GLP-1 journey, and I know that I'm not the only one. Therefore I have no need to reach out to a doctor or post any questions with any sort of frequency. So make it make sense to me to pay you $149/month... For WHAT? A periodic reminder to log my weight, or sending the same list of questions every month asking how I'm doing doesn't help or benefit me in any way. That minimal level of "service" should be the bare minimum that you offer at no charge. Maybe consider offering tiers/levels of service that we can choose from, based on our 'hand holding' needs. I'm not suggesting that you give it away for free, but charging me $149/month to type numbers into an app and forcing me to answer the same stupid questions each month is unacceptable.

I’ve been extremely disappointed with the Hers Health app and, specifically, the level of support provided for the price. The membership alone is $145 per month, on top of the cost of any medication, and one of the advertised benefits is access to “24/7” support from the Care Team. Unfortunately, in my experience, calling it a “Care Team” is generous. Messages don’t seem to actually be read. Instead, you receive generic template responses that often don’t address the question you asked or the problem you’re trying to resolve. The one time I had an issue getting my medication, I had to message repeatedly just to get past the canned responses and reach someone who would actually address the problem. My sister uses Hers as well and has had an even worse experience. She has been unable to get meaningful help with an ongoing prescription issue despite repeatedly contacting them and even trying to call. Her prescription has now lapsed while she continues to receive the same template troubleshooting responses telling her to try things she has already done multiple times. She was also refused any type of refund despite the ongoing problems and lack of resolution. For $145 every month before you even pay for medication, I expect responsive, competent support—especially from a healthcare service managing prescriptions. Automated responses that send customers in circles are not “24/7 care.” The service simply does not provide the level of support its price suggests, and based on both my experience and my sister’s, I would not recommend Hers Health.

Worst organization ever. I ordered and didn’t receive my order. Still after two months, I was charged for the next three months even tho I never received the first order. Don’t waste your money!

I have not received the product for over 2 months. When I message them, it’s always just AI general response. I don’t see any phone number to actually talk to a person. What kind of customer service is that? I want my money back.
