I did not know that HERS would be sending me anti depressants and alcohol and opioid addiction medication. Made me sick and not think clearly. I did not lose any weight - made me want to eat more sugar and carbs. The feeling from taking this medication was horrible and I stopped after 3 weeks

Did not lose weight, made me feel sck

Right now I am experiencing hair loss. I understand that this was a possibility so I’m continuing to take the medication daily. I have not experienced any positive effects st yhe moment but I remain hopeful.

I’ve been using the subscription method through Hers and recently got charged for a new 12-week prescription after talking to the care team about increasing my dosage. I was told to go ahead and start working my way up to the higher dose. But the new meds I received don't actually cover that increase. Instead, I've paid for a 12-week coverage, but what I got is closer to 6 weeks of coverage. When I reached out to support (thinking this was just a simple communication miss), I was told I was never instructed to increase my dose and that there was nothing they could do — no additional meds, no make-good, nothing. Honestly, if you’re selling a set amount of pills, then say that. But if you’re selling a set number of weeks, and then tell me I'm good to increase my dose without adjusting what you're sending, that’s a terrible customer experience. What started as a really smooth and great experience has turned pretty negative simply because of how support handled this. This could’ve been such an easy fix, but instead, it got flipped on me as if I somehow did something wrong, which is super frustrating.

Misleading as far as insurance company reimbursement. I was told a “note’ would be accepted and my insurance would cover. However this isn’t true. Then no one will answer me to figure out how to make it right or fix it. In fact I’ve received zero response

Wanted to lose weight did not qualify for glp products so went with the kit. What a waste of money! Followed the protocol, ate high protein diet, went to the gym and after a month lost 2lbs. Sent messages, got feed back, had side effects. What do they recommend a different kit. Another month of using I gain weight. Anytime you try to get help they just want you to take more pills. No refunds, no weight loss, just $395 down the drain. I will never recommend hers to anyone. I've had better success taking over the counter diet pills .
