Terrible service, complete rip off. Beware
Terrible service. They take your money and then prescribe to take 1/2 a pill!!! (I have friends that take 1-2 pills per day, same age and hair issue because of menopause). HERS is a Complete scam $174 for $26.67 of medicine. Then they ask you to check in with your status smh and respond could take 2 years for results. Should loose their license taking advantage of people.

Not worth it
I've said early on that I've had constipation. I've tried everything they've told me to no avail. I actually gained a few pounds. Last week I started a new program and have lost 5 lbs. I'm finally hopeful. While everyone I talked to was kind, I didn't feel heard. I am very disappointed

Not sure if I should quit taking or stop?
Losing a ton of hair and my stomach feels bloated often. I feel hungry often and have gained 3 to 5 pounds in one month!

THEY DONT CARE TO HELP YOU!!
THEY DONT CARE TO HELP YOU!! They rated me as having severe anxiety and depression and having feelings of worthlessness, then after spending 20min on the assessment and getting my results they told me I didn't qualify for help. This is honestly sick and the reason people kill themselves.

I have lost zero weight and when I reached out they suggested I spend more money to buy more products. I have a 6 month supply just sitting in my refrigerator and I am not planning to use it. I feel like I was scammed.
