Wow, what a terrible experience. I got an ad for their weight loss drug program and I'm in the process of trying to lose weight and have been on the keto diet for a few months. I spent the last half hour answering probably 30-40 questions for them to see if I qualifed, only to get a "sorry you don't qualify" without any explanation as to why. I am a marketer for a living and this is the quickest way to lose new clients. You can't even give an explanation as to why they were turned down after we invested so long filling out your very moblie-unfriendly slower than Christmas survey? You can bet I will never come to this company for anything ever again, nor recommend it to anyone else. I use Nurx for birth control and I 100% recommend them and their services but these guys were like top tier garbage. Fix your surveys, don't do that to people. What an absolute waste of time.

Not working for me and you want me to pay more to up my dosage.

They sent me pens with no needles. I've been waiting a week and they sent me syringes that don't work with the pens. I'm out around $2500. No wonder they make you pay it all up front. Otherwise nobody would go past the first month with them.This place is a scam. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!! Update 5/13/25: After my negative review they gave me a $100 refund for the issues. Ummm, I spent almost $2500, you gave me incomplete unusable product and your answer is $100 refund. How did that help? They have sent me the wrong replacement needles twice now. I've never seen their doctors. Isn't it illegal to prescribe medication without a visit with the patient? They never gave me instructions on how to use these pens, I had to go to YouTube for that info. Not that it matters since I never got the needles anyway. None of the links they send work, and you can't get help on their website. They also took back their refund, so that was a lie too. RUN! DO NOT RISK YOUR HEALTH WITH THIS SHADY COMPANY!!

Disjointed answers, having ti explain the issue multiple times even though it is on the same thread. Some responses were apparent the person did not know what medication you were taking or how they work. Bad platform for this type of care.

Throughout the process I have been given the incorrect links, provides not being aware of what has been already said, a promise to send a replacement medication that was never sent, and once I brought that up and brought up concerns about the replacement medication, my card was charged when it should not have been. Horrible experience. After saying they updated my treatment channel. I found nothing there. Continually terrible.

Had a horrible experience. Medication made me super nauseous and not a lot of help or relief. I took about 10% of me medication (rest is just sitting there untouched). Feel it was a waste of money.
