I truly believe HERS is a temporary solution-especially to those without insurance-to be able to jumpstart treatment for their mental health and for that I will always be thankful! I was able to take their thorough quiz and was able to receive feedback and treatment within a couple of days. Shipments on my medication have been prompt and packaged well. I think my biggest issue with the company is that it is $80 per refill for anti anxiety and anti depressant medication and I firmly believe that is unjustifiable. Yes, you can get in contact with a physician and watch sone helpful videos on SSRIS but unless that $80 comes with a therapist as well I just cannot justify $80 per refill when the antidepressant should only be about $6 per refill. I feel like to improve their business model, the customer base should be charged $80 as a one time fee and then only charge consumers the actual charge of their prescription plus shipping charges. Additionally, the doctor I was paired with did not do a good job in guiding me through the first couple of weeks through starting treatment. The first doctor I was paired with was amazing and then suddenly I was paired with someone else. Informative this individual was indeed but when you are in the medical field you must have the skills AND the heart for people. I felt like when I was concerned and scared my feelings were not validated very well and received almost no encouragement. I feel like perhaps better personal skills training for their physicians would be great in order to provide the personal care and warmth that’s so greatly advertised by this company. All in all, this company does fulfill its purpose of helping individuals jumpstart on whatever health journey they are on but it does come with its flaws. I can only recommend as a temporary solution only.

Easy to order refills and obtain Rx. However, there hasn’t been any follow-up to assess for effectiveness of the regimen or dose titration.

The doctor doesn't really talk to you. No follow-ups, just pay and get your meds.

The biggest challenge that I’m having is that the pump on the spray bottle stops working after about halfway through the product. It’s quite frustrating.

I don’t like how the product makes me feel

I like the product it works better then over counter but i still have acne issues (i get a lot of under chin or jaw line pimples) it kind of brings them down. It does make the area more red too. I also wish that we would receive a bigger container it doesnt last that long
