I have bought a year subscription and I am not having success. I have reached out twice and was told I can not speak to anyone. In stead of assistance I got a message that aside from the 2000 I have paid they would be happy to see me a drug that works for 899 a.month while that same drug is advertisedon their site for 599. When I asked if I could speak with someone he said no but you can write. This is a scam and criminal they don't care about anything but getting your money.

Still never got my product. Time to go to the Better Business Bureau you don’t get back to me in a timely fashion. When you do still nothing happens

Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately the product is not working for me. The daily shedding has increased to a level I am not comfortable with. I was on another product prior to taking your product and the shedding stopped right away. The product was pretty expensive and I read good things about your product, so I tried yours. I understand hair loss can be for many reasons and your product may work for some people, but it does not for me. I also know it takes time to see results but I’m not comfortable with the excessive daily shedding I am experiencing. What are the steps to return the product and get a refund? Thank you. Lori Lyga

According to the Hers website you can change your kit if you are not experiencing results or if you are experiencing side effects that are problematic. However when I inquired about changing my kit, they would not let me do this. It was a complete hassle and an excuse every single step of the way. An excuse for anything and everything and would make absolutely no sense. So when they say they will can change a kit with no questions, that is an absolute lie.

I cancelled the subscription months ago. They have now sent me a new order and charged me over $600 without authorization and after acknowledging my cancellation. I have found that their phone numbers and email addresses are non-working for the purposes of return labels or clarification of cancellations. I am reporting them to consumer affairs. Read Reddit if you don’t believe me. There are many similar stories there.

I have canceled this subscription twice now as the first time I ordered something I was sent the wrong item, despite being reassured they would send the correct item because the confirmation included the wrong item and hey ended up sending. I then cancelled my subscription thru the app and had have my credit card do do a dispute as well. 6 months go by and again I received the original incorrect item again, even though I never ordered anything again and assumed my account was closed and was again charged $175 and am now waiting to hear back from my credit card company because I had to file another dispute.

I encourage anyone looking at this service to read the fine print. forhers is great in communicating everything EXCEPT that they are getting ready to ship which gives you no notice or time to change or cancel order/subscription. Unfortunately, the injections gave me horrible side effects and I needed to cancel. Before I could cancel, I received a email that they went ahead and shipped my next 12 week treatment....they wouldn't cancel it and stated it was too late. Apparently we are supposed to monitor the app closely but no specifics on how you know they are preparing to ship to proactively cancel. I am now out allot of money for a product I cannot use. Very disappointed.

Trying to cancel and its just a circle of nothingness.
