I have only been using this for a short month and I have not seen any difference. My hair has been getting thinner for quite awhile so the thinning is as far as I’m concerned is bad as it is really all over. I use the product every night like the directions stated and I have highest expectations that this will help. I started on January 10.

Im still having a lot of hair fall

I haven't been using the product long enough to report on the success of hair growth, but I feel like the "personal support" is run by AI..I've asked questions and the first response didn’t answer my question and the second talked about male baldness. I am a female and I am on the website of her.

I've been using the produce for a month now. I still don't see any results and my hair is really dry.

So far I’ve been on the HERS Minoxidil compound formula for 1 month, and unfortunately I haven’t seen much progress either way. Hoping that’ll change soon, I’ll give it 3 months to see some difference so next update soon.

I will give you a 3 star rating right now because I am uncertain that the minoxidil is working. There may a difference in my hair status in 3 months. Check back then

The spray top broke when the bottle fell off the counter (top piece no longer sprays). I used the sprayer in the second bottle & the same happened when the bottle fell again to my tile floor. The plastic is too brittle and I had to find a sprayer from another bottle that fit but I don’t know if o have the right amount with each spray. I just read an article that says once you stop using minoxidil your hair will fall out again. I am seeing short hair growth maybe some fill in but I need new spray tops!

My first attempt with an appointment was awful. There wasn't a technical issue as I was lead to believe from the messages I received. The nurse practitioner had a family emergency/illness which I learned about after my failed video appointment. No way to call anyone! Only a stupid chat bot and long wait times for a human and my chat got dropped 5+ times. Not great customer service IMO. This survey comes pretty late....more that 4 weeks after initial appointment...so pertinent details are gone... After my 2nd video call appointment, which could be scheduled for another 9 days, the product was approved and shipped...arriving on the 5th day after the appointment. After using the product as prescribed, applying at night every 3rd night for 2 weeks then trying every other night, which is where I'm at right now. Instructions need to include to be very careful about getting too close to the corners of one's mouth. I've taken to applying Chapstick to my lips, especially the corners, in case I venture too close again. Also, stay away from the sides of your nose. I need to take some pics to track my progress; however, I believe the product (I think it is the medium strength, 0.55%...I can't locate that information on my order....) I don't have any peeling, though I was told by a makeup stylist that I have dry skin....news to me because my teens-50s skin was oily. I feel like my skin is healthier looking. I credit it to increased cell turn over due to the hers product and increased hydration due to extra moisturizing. So...almost a month's use...I'm motivated to continue using the product and looking forward to more positive results.
