The “diagnosis” came quickly, but it was only derived from an online quiz. No doctor took any time to message with me to find out more about my symptoms. Then a “doctor” sends a long blurb about the prescribed medication and how to take it. There is no interaction. Just because it comes as a “chat” doesn’t mean you can interact with the “doctor.” The prescription was affordable and was delivered quickly. But I’m pretty sure I’m taking a sugar pill because there has been zero change in any of my symptoms. Love the concept, but not thrilled with the lack of personal interaction,

I have had a little bit of improvement in 3 months. Not hugely noticeable with new baby hair growth. I wonder if I need to double to dose. My hairline hasn’t changed since starting 2/4/24. Would this be possible?

I have been taking Hers for a couple of months. I do feel my hair is growing back, however now I see some hair growing on the sides of my forehead where I didn’t have it before. I see growth of a thicker peach fuzz on the sides of my cheek, like the sideburn area, which I also never had before.

Service thus far has been great, however I haven’t seen any change yet to give more stars but will update!

Neutral at this point. No noticable improvement and product is a bit sticky in the morning. Don't like to wash my hair every day, but it builds up quickly if not washed.

The product is drying out my hair. I asked to switch to pill form and was told it would interfere with a drug I am taking. In addition, I asked if the unused portion could be returned and was told they do not accept returns.
