Buyer Beware
Makes you buy several months worth of medication and if you have any adverse reactions they basically tell you, “we sent a list of potential side effects, sorry about your luck”. So basically if you have an adverse reaction, you’re out a lot of $ with no way of a refund.

I didn't find that the healthcare information I received was tailored to me specifically. I felt that they were automated responses and either didn't answer my question in depth or didn't offer a resolution to my question

I was going to join Hers for hair loss…
I was going to join Hers for hair loss but their website is garbage.....if you've ever been there before and started the process your phone # is attached and now you cannot get back in......which tells me that if I ever wanted to cancel, it would be a nightmare. Happy I didn't pull the trigger on them.

I am having significant side effects
I am having significant side effects. I have filled out the form twice asking for direction and have heard nothing back. They just said “discontinue until you hear back” so I have been waiting for weeks. At this point I would just like to return and get a refund. **edited to add: I love that they replied to my review saying that they would reach out and try to make it right. Unfortunately they never did!

2 faulty shots
2 faulty shots. Still waiting for replacements. Was told they were on their way. Then told to call a number which is only available the hours that I am at work. No weekends. It has now been almost 3 weeks since I have had any injections.
