Be careful with this company. I canceled my order because I did not want to experience the side effects of the vitamins. I got confirmation that my order was canceled and they still turned around and charged my credit card and shipped it out. Now they claim they can’t refund my money when an order hits the pharmacy. They didn’t even give me a chance to decide before they submitted the order. They submitted the order while they told me the side effects. On their website it also states you can cancel at any time. Apparently that was a lie because no you cannot. I wanted to do foam instead of the vitamins and got scammed.

I need to cancel future shipments, please. I am out f work. Your online processing is difficult to get to. You should have some kind f texting capability or way to communicate.

I did not want another package. I did not open this last one. The one prior I had issues with it and side effects. I did not want to authorize another shipment. I'd like to return this one that was last delivered to me, how do I do that? I do not want to be on a subscription for this at this time.

I haven’t lost any weight on this program, my appetite hasn’t decreased at all. waste of my hard earned money.

I've been on the semiglutide pills for 8 months and I have not lost a single pound - I asked them to up my dosage and they said I didn't have enough weight to lose. I've heard the only thing that actually works is the injectables - but I will not be spending $700 on another 10 months prescription of something that does not work at all.

They cancelled my subscription after just one month so I now I have to figure something else out after paying all that money. Its very unprofessional. They over advertise and under delivered

Incredibly disappointed in the treatment being cut short and nothing really be done to help out. Stopping providing the meds you promised puts a lot of us in a really bad spot as it’s not easy to obtain, and we have to start doses over. A lot of wasted money from the hers brand screwing up, and a massive lack of consideration for those getting screwed over.

Oh man let me tell you. I was prescribed Bupropion, Topiramate and Metformin. By Week 4 I developed Major Depressive disorder again. Became severely suicidal, had Insomnia the entire time, headaches, and anxiety. I also gained weight. I missed work due to the depth of my depression and I sobbed all day long. I messaged the care team in a panic with no response until the next day. They told me to stop it and that there was no refund for the $700 I spent. I’m sitting here spinning, deeply depressed with 9 months worth of meds and $700 in the hole…
