First of all, if you’re going to go on any medication do not do it over the Internet! The products st Hers are expensive, although easy to get which is the allure. But you can get the same medications elsewhere for less, and after MUCH more thorough physical examination and thought. Other than their injections, one of the Rx in the combinations they offer are antidepressants, ( which by the way, if you do your research can cause ED and the inability to orgasm. ) Not disclosed. Metformin is an okay Rx that is offered in combination, but your regular Dr. can prescribe it for far less than Hers charges. Additionally, they offer an anti-seizure medication that’s being used off label for appetite suppressant. It causes cognitive dysfunction and if you look it up , often times the cognitive dysfunction does not go away and may take two years or more before it does and sometimes it’s permanent. Just look it up carefully before agreeing. None of this was carefully disclosed at all and when I looked up what they were recommending and I asked to not have the product sent to me. They said it was “processing “even though it had not been shipped yet, ( but that I could change it out if I wanted to something else) . Anyways, I argued but didn’t win. They also had multiple people giving me different answers ( including someone who said that they were going to give me a refund and then they reneged ). so the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing, I’m guessing that they all get a piece of whatever they sell hence, while the hard push versus someone who truly cares about a patient and wants them to lose weight the right way, and who really wants to address their concerns and understands their medical history and perhaps even dare I say it, does a physical first? How incredibly irresponsible person someone who calls themself a Dr.. Stay clear as this is nothing but bad process with so-so products , in a really pretty box with a really pretty bow (their marketing is great).

I have been a customer of Hers since November. In July there were 2 dates that they had scheduled for delivery of my meds. We would not be available to receive on either date & it was above 90 degrees outside. The medication is highly perishable and must be kept refrigerated. I contacted customer service with my issue. I was told I’d have to cancel & restart my subscription to have the shipment come at a later date. I did so at THIER instruction. At NO time was I ever informed that cancelling & restarting my subscription, would raise my cost. I went through restarting the subscription per thier instructions. I was paying $879 for the past 2 deliveries. Now the medication shows its price at $1179. I contacted customer service questioning the price increase & explained I cancelled per THIER instructions! I received; “Hi Susan, Thank you for reaching out. I am happy to help clarify! The legacy aspect of this is in regards to the subscription. The cost of active subscriptions for this medication will not charge. Re-starting the subscription would be for the new price.” So I reached out reiterating that I had followed their instructions & am confused as to why my price is being raised. I received; I hope you're doing well! I'm reaching out on behalf of your medical provider because we're committed to supporting your health journey. To make any changes to your current subscription or reactivate you would need to cancel the current subscription (if it isn't already) and complete a new intake with the link below. “ So I am AGAIN being told I need to cancel my subscription and restart it. Is the price going to be even higher? This smells like a money grab and a way to force a price change on loyal customers. I did my research before choosing Hers/Hims for my weight loss journey. They are continually updating & bettering their support. I was completely satisfied up until this fiasco. It’s ridiculous I couldn’t change the delivery date of HIGHLY PERISHABLE medication without cancellation. It’s doubly outrageous that following their directions I’m now being charged a much higher price.

I just want to delete my account. I go to the "Messages" tab like it says, and it just tells me I have no messages. No other option allows me to click to send a message. No way to contact them.

Ridiculous almost $2000 a month really go to amble it’s 255 a month found coreage rx for $149 if you do the year plan and they dont refill till you ask them to.

I paid up front for medicine many thousands of dollars. I only got 2 shipments and then you cancelled. I have now read about the Wegovy lawsuit and now understand that this termination of their contract with you was entirely your fault. You refuse to honor MY contract with you even though I have already paid and even though you still have access to the Meds. Your poor business decisions and financial planning should not be my problem. Sending me a “how are we doing email” after you went in and cancelled my account, cancelled my subscription, refused to consider fulfilling the rest of my order, and before I have ever received any of my money back shows me how disconnected you are from your customers, your accounts, and to any responsibility or care about who pays you. To me, you are just another large company ready to provide great customer service before I have paid you but ready to dump me and provide very little customer service once you have received my money. Automatically generated emails are not checking on customers. We know the difference and your indifference and complete inability to do anything for me or to try and find a solution (and instead just canceling my account without even asking me) shows me what I should have probably known. I am taking every chance I get to let people know what happened here. I am sure I’m just one of thousands of unhappy emails you will receive, and I have no illusions that anyone will be able to offer me anything or that what I assume to be your underpaid staff will have the energy to contact me. In fact, unless you are willing to fulfill your end of our original contract and for which I have already paid, I would prefer to never hear from you again after I receive the return of my money.
