They send you a 10 month supply instead of a 1 month trial period to see if you tolerate it. If you are like me it made me sick and I had to stop taking it. I paid $690.00 and they dont offer any partial refunds. Be wary when ordering dont waste your money. I know 2 other people who had the same side effects and had to stop. They did offer a different medication that is easier on the stomach but at a much higher cost.

This medication is not working for me. I have not lost any weight or felt any difference.

I started with HERS weight loss kit 5 five months ago. At first I didn’t have major side effects, just a metal taste in my mouth which was reflected in my breath. I took the pills as directed. 10 lb weight loss was my goal. I’m 5’6 and weigh around 135 lb. My normal/usual weigh has always been 120 to 125 lb. Gaining extra weight suddenly (maybe due to pre menopause) gave me back pain and somewhat difficulties with breathing. I’ve done extensive blood work - everything’s perfectly fine. As I continued taking weight loss pills from HERS, I experienced more side effects. I’ve been getting tired very quickly, having tinnitus very often, but the worst of all is that I’ve been experiencing rapid hair loss. My hair is falling out constantly and it doesn’t seem to stop, no matter what. Needless to say, I haven’t lost any weight at all. HERS is the biggest scam and I can’t believe that I fell for it. Person that is very fit can go on their site and provide all the incorrect data about themselves. There’s nobody to fact check it. I could have said that I weighted 250 lb, and then I would be “prescribed” GLP-1 injections. That is very scary and dangerous. Very irresponsible from HERS to prescribe those kind of drugs so nonchalant as if they were some healthy snacks. It’s so easy with HERS to get whatever drug you want or drugs your doctor refuses to prescribe. And that should be a huge WARNING sign. All in all - horrible experience, and I wouldn’t recommend HERS to anyone. Save your health, ask advice from professionals and don’t waste your money on this scam.

DO NOT TAKE MEDICATION! These people are fine to plug you with drugs that are serious and have side effects. They expect you to be a medical professional and trust what they're telling you. They say to "consult your physician" but they should take more responsibility to consult with your physician before prescribing you these drugs. I had an allergic reaction to one of the meds, and they just told me to take it in a different order. I had extreme heartburn and stomach issues from one of the others - and there is no way to call them when something goes wrong. You have to put your notes in a portal that they claim to get back to you in 4 hours, but there is NOT a designated person assigned to you and everyone who responds in that thread (more like 24 hrs later) is different and doesn't know you as a patient. I ended up stopping all medication after 5 or so weeks of attempts and I am waiting for someone to get back to me - I understand that I can't get a full refund, but would be nice if I could get 50% back, especially since I am not being sent drugs for the second half of the 6-month subscription.

Hers was a major waste of money and time. If I could give them less than 1 star I would. I bought the 3 month subscription. Didn’t lose a single lb. I exercise 3 times a week and overall watch what I eat. Every time I sent a message it was a different provider responding. Which meant constantly repeating my questions. I also reached out to have them change the medication since I was experiencing(runny nose, and major hair loss). Instead the provider told me to increase the dosage and stick to it. Again, in 3 months there was no weight loss. This will be a huge waste of your money. Please look elsewhere.

Lost treatment option and now triple the price. Asked for another option on July 7th and no response yet. No discount or adjustment to now switching to another option.

I wanted help with weight loss, took the survey and the site said I would get a consultation with a licensed doctor. After they got my payment information they said the doctor reviewed my questionnaire and approved the prescription. At that time they charged me the full amount almost $700 for 10 month supply. The medication they prescribed was bupropion (another word for it Wellbutrin) a medication if asked I could have told them I have had very bad reactions to. The other, naltrexone HCL a drug for opiate and alcohol recovery, this made me fell dizzy and in a fog constantly all day and I couldn’t focus. I stopped taking the medicine within a few days. I looked up their return policy and they don’t have one. This site is horrible, I will NEVER use it again and anyone looking for weight lose or hair treatment, please look at other sites or medical clinics for help. This site is expensive and doesn’t support the product they sell.

Firstly, the medication didn't work for me. I contacted support to only waste a bunch of time texting a slew of different people who kept trying to sell me more medication. Then I received an email offering FREE medication modification but Hers just resent the SAME medication that didn't work in the first place. As I have written in all of my reviews, including the BBB, I think Hers is a complete scam, preying on people who are desperate for help. UPDATE: 7/22/25 Thanks for contacting me via email with an offer to sell me more medication.
