Hers weight loss program is an outright fraud. I followed every step exactly as prescribed. When I reported no results after two weeks, I was brushed off with the excuse that my body was still “acclimating” during the “titration phase.” So I gave it more time, just like they said. Weeks later — still nothing. No change in appetite. No reduction in cravings. No weight loss. This is nothing more than an expensive placebo. When I contacted them again and offered to return the two unopened bottles for a refund, they flatly refused. No accountability. No integrity. Their app is nothing but a relentless marketing funnel, constantly trying to upsell you on overpriced shakes, bars, and supplements. It's predatory. They take basic, free health advice — eat less, move more, drink water — slap a medical-sounding label on it, and charge you a small fortune. This company is selling false hope. It’s snake oil wrapped in slick branding, with zero scientific backing where it counts. The fact that they’re legally allowed to operate is disturbing.

The med they prescribed made me very jittery. I have not been able to take it since the second week. It is a pay ahead product, so all that money was wasted.

I continue to get reminders through the app for a prescription that I no longer have. Also the price for Wegovy is unclear, but it proposed to increase.

I never canceled it. They canceled it for me. I never lost a pound. I never asked him to cancel it. I just wanted to go onto a higher dose. They didn’t listen to me at all. I wouldn’t recommend them at all. I never got the medicine on time so I’d go without for weeks and then it come. I paid over $4000 for it and I should get a full refund for sure but I will not And if I don’t get a full refund, I’m gonna turn them into the Better Business Bureau and let all of you know how hard it was for me to get any medicine on time and they wanted all the money up upfront. They got what they wanted

I only wanted to lose 10-12#, and was upfront about that on my questionnaire to see if I qualified for a weight loss med. They pretty much immediately prescribed me a compounded semiglutide. 4 weeks in, zero weight loss. They said give it time. 6 weeks in, crippling, and I mean crippling, constipation. And the daily nausea. And still only 2# down, but with the constipation, actually weight went up. They then said weight loss doesn’t usually start until you are at 1mg dose. That would have been nice to know upfront, because they didn’t have me getting to 1mg until week 13. I had only signed up for 12 weeks because of the ‘minor’ weight loss goals. So $900 later, I was never going to see weight loss until I resubscribed. I ended it at 6 weeks and ate the cost. It’s not worth how crappy you feel EVERY day. Maybe it works if you have more to lose, but I wish they’d just been honest from the beginning that due to my limited weight loss goals, this program wouldn’t be a good fit. But instead, they took $900 and I got 6 weeks of misery in exchange. I DO NOT recommend this company.

This company is a waste of money and time. Do not spend $395 per shipment here. Please, please read the reviews and choose an alternative option. Have been on Hers weight management plan since April. I promise you, no difference in weight. I also experienced dizziness and nausea due to one of the medications. I reached out and unfortunately was under the “care,” of Dr. Patrick Harmon and Nurse Practitioner Kirsten Henson. I asked explicitly to no longer be cared under Dr. Patrick Harmon due to a lack of response, not addressing my concerns with the side effects I mentioned. Kirsten Henson, passive aggressive message said that the doctor asked a question and I followed up providing me weight. So I had to send a copy of the message back. Only for me to get Patrick again. I ended up cancelling based off NO CHANGE in weight, lack of expertise and care from staff, and the willingness of HERs to put my health at the bottom versus their profit. DO. NOT. RECOMMEND.

Do not trust the "Hers" website. They have a questionnaire you have to go through to get weight loss and handpick who they choose. It is completely unacceptable. Even if you check the box that you want to lose under 15 lbs they still refuse you. They only select people who are terribly overweight which is completely unacceptable. It is an algorithm they use to choose what individuals they want to accept in their weight loss program. Even if a person feels like they are 10 to 15 or more pounds overweight they should get to choose if they want to pay for this product. An algorithm should not make this choice. I am guessing it's the same for the Hims website. It's a scam don't waste your money. Hers is a rip-off.

I cancelled my subscription and yet still received a second box of meds that are going directly to the trash. Had issues with the medication and the guidance I received was just keep taking it?! Very tone deaf.
