Helpful and not helpful.
I like that I can send a message to my provider, and not have office visits with my tight work schedule. However; nothing is ran through insurance. I'm paying over $100 for medication, and Hers doesn't work with insurance. My provider and his team have been great, but im debating if it's worth the money anymore.

App needs improvement
App needs improvement When accessing the app- I should be able to determine what medication I should be taking for that day, based on my personal plan- since I'm logged into my personal app. I should be able to access and track my water intake, my activity and my am and pm prescriptions at will without searching for where I am on plan and d

Prescription change
I had issues with the Metformin, and was told to stop taking it. I inquired about renewing my prescription, thinking perhaps there would be a discount for renewing without the Metformin. I was told all of the kits were thensame price, and it was immediately sent without my approval, ahead of schedule. I was told it was sent as a courtesy, making me think it was free of charge, however I was billed when my prescription renewal was due. I also asked about my cravings and hunger starting to come back, and was told to find a distraction when I thought dosage or alternate meds would have been discussed.

Just finished 2nd week
Just finished 2nd week. I think too soon for any results. Start taking 3rd pill Monday. Hoping will start seeing some results in the next week or two.

Too many emails, not enough results
I get multiple notices from this business, and you don’t seem coordinated in your communications. Very focused on selling; not so much on folliwup or support.

Products I ordered came quickly
Products I ordered came quickly. Shampoo and conditioner work effectively. I've been using minoxidil every night for 1 month and have only experienced more hair loss. Cannot say if product is working or not.
