Careless, Dangerous, AI
It is careless and dangerous. Do NOT use them. I could have died from taking their medications without proper supervision and did not get human help only AI, bot-generated help when I needed to talk to them about my symptoms and not losing weight over the 4-month span of my medications. I got blood and urine work done and proved their medications are harmful and I needed to stop immediately to reverse the damage they've done to my kidneys and liver in just a short time. DO NOT USE THEM

I’m trying to cancel my subscription…
I’m trying to cancel my subscription because I never agreed to the shipment and I was charged anyway. I’m currently pregnant and can’t take the prescribed medication and that’s why I never agreed to continue with the prescription.

I didn't lose any weight on Hers and…
I didn't lose any weight on Hers and the customer service was terrible. I felt like I was just throwing my money away, you will only get hear attacks and feeling tired but you won't loose a pound with the pills because they want you to spend more money for the injections.

It did not work for me
Hi , I used the pills for my hair but unfortunately my hair started falling out. And it got worse every day. I received the second package but I didn’t open it. Please help me that return it because it completely useless for me. Thank you for helping

Don’t waste your time
When I told the doctor about my problems with my medications no changes were made. I spent around $460 for these medications and I expected to get more help than that. The doctor told me to just take metformin which is not necessary very beneficial for weight loss. I have not been successful with any weight loss and I think this is a total waste of my time and money. I was dismissed and disappointed in the service.
