UPDATE 9/25/25 I sent the company my info as requested from my original review. Still never heard from anyone. I also want to add that I created a profile 6 or more months before starting the program and I lost 10 pounds before starting. When I got their shots I tried to update my startin GB weight and it wouldn’t let me. I asked the company to change it because it looked like I lost 10 pounds in 24hrs. They said there was no way to change it. So everytime I complained to them about the product not having any affects on me they kept saying I lost 10 pounds and not listening to me. I tried semiglutide with this company earlier this year and had zero results. The purpose of going on was to reduce my cravings and urge to indulge. I’ve taken semiglutide before through a local medspa and had results and told them this. I felt like I was taking a placebo. When I mentioned my concerns they only wanted to council me on nutrition even though I was already eating pretty healthy. I understand the nutrition is important however, this medication is supposed to help people with food noise. It’s supposed to help people reduce their cravings and their desire for food all the time. I had none of those facts. I still was using all of my willpower for controlling my diet. This worked nothing like the one that I had done before and they were not receptive to my feedback. The four months that I spent was almost $900 that’s completely wasted because whatever they gave me had zero effects. I was also told by another company when someone has been on this before they tend to start on higher doses because the low dose won’t affect them the same. Maybe that’s what happened and Hers should have appropriately dosed me. I wasted $900 on this company

I got very sick with side effects after two weeks stopped all treatment....can I get a refund

I’ve been told conflicting things almost every time I contact the care team or support team. They use copy/paste templates, which is fine, but in doing so they do not even really read your concerns. It took over a month to get my medication in part due to no communication from them. I had to reach out to ask what was going on. I’ve also caught the support team telling me straight up lies multiple times. The biggest so far has been if they change their prices, you will be grandfathered in at the same rate. No, my next bill says it will be hundreds more. That’s shady as hell. Oh- and let’s not forget they wouldn’t refill a support medication because it has a potentially life threatening interaction with medication I was taking daily for months before I started theirs. Why was that not spotted or flagged at the get go?!? Yikes. At least let me know. The only plus is FSA friendly and they give you pretty useful info when starting. I will not be returning to Hers and do not recommend it. Too many people supporting you with too much variation in answers nor care what you actually ask.

There were serious side effects from my meds and no one addressed them

This is really disappointing to see these predatory billing practices.  I highly recommend that you change this practice and start sending reminders before billing, AND make it much clearer that someone is signing up for a subscription in the first place. I never intended to create a subscription, as evidenced by my first purchase.  I also notified you within 10 minutes of receiving an email that my order was going to be processed and within a day of my card being charged (as confirmed by you via email), but you said it was too late to cancel and I was charged $400. The side effects were unbearable (I started getting cystic acne all over my face and neck, which I've never had before in my life, and has now persisted for 3+ months after stopping the medication despite multiple trips to the dermatologist). My derm did confirm the cystic acne was from the hormone changes caused by these drugs. I did lose a little weight but also was working out 4x/week, so I think it was mostly that.  The help I received through the app was abysmal (I kept getting transferred to a new person and had to explain things over and over, and never actually got a good outcome). I feel like other customers need to know what this company stands for––taking advantage of vulnerable people, fraudulent and misleading billing practices, and leaving their customers in the dust when they realize how shit the products and services are. Really disappointing.

The medication is not helping with appetite control, energy and especially lose of weight. I have gained 7 pounds since starting. I'm wondering if I should have spent the extra money and tried tirzepatide . I asked for help in setting up a dietary menu but got no response. Am I to set up a log in for every area? (ie) weight, health, supplements ? I don't know

I thought I had finally found a way for my mom to afford the dietary injectables that she so desperately needed. We went through the whole process and selected what we thought was a monthly payment of $200 a month. They were waiting for some A1 level results from her doctors to be fully approved. Before that even happened they took over $2000 dollars out of her account without her permission. I am so disappointed with this program. I thought I was helping my mom and they ripped her off without her approval and without receiving the information they had said they needed before they would ship and charge her. now they say that the injectables are already on their way and they charged her account. Which she had to close and had to file a claim. To me this is so disappointing and unbelievable
