I have stopped taking the shots after 4 months of not losing any weight , I ended gaining 5 pounds after all the money I spent on the drug that didn't work. I had no reaction to the drug so the providers kept upping the amount , so when I quit I was on 60 units and still had cravings and was always hungry so I don't know what I was putting in my system every week so I stopped the injections.

The Hers oral medication to lose weight, combination of naltrexone vitamin b12 and bupropion did not work for me. I did not lose weight on them unfortunately. The customer service and medical were terrible. I wanted to schedule a virtual call with the physician as I had misinterpreted the instructions on how to take it and the communication through the hers site itself was poor. I kept getting different customer reps and no help. They denied the virtual call with the physician and told me it wasn't needed. I felt as I wasn't getting the support I needed as advertised on their site. After a few attempts, I end up asking for a refund. They did not want to refund me and were giving me a very hard time. Their instructions on how to take the medications were confusing when it came to the days. Also, its not only one pill to intake but two and they both have very different instructions which can be very confusing. I would not recommend this treatment as weight loss.

Subpar in every regard! From start to finish there was a lack of support and even care about my experience. I was constantly given boilerplate information without any personalized recommendations nor guidance on how to navigate side effects. At no point did I feel my health or concerns were properly evaluated or addressed. Considering the type of medications that can have very serious side effects & cause health issues the way these are handled without meaningful support or guidance - this company acts seriously negligent and should not be trusted.

A lot of my hair keeps falling out after washing it.

I haven't received any shipments since August and I'll run out this weekend? Haven't received any information or anything about doses or increases.

This business is a total SCAM! Do NOT fall for their HAIR LOSS Treatment! IT DOESNT WORK AND…. IT MADE MY HAIR FALL OUT WORSE! My hair started coming out worse than it was before I started using their product and when I contacted them about it they were kind enough to get right back to me! A very RUDE person which, by the way, I’m not even sure was a real person, let alone a dermatologist as he claimed to be, only restated verbatim, what is already on their website in the text, but also took time out of his very, very busy schedule (sure he did)!, to tell me to QUIT! That was it! Yep, that’s all this that this supposedly educated doctor, this doctor who works for this company that puts themselves out there as being a company that cares about you. A company who will be with you throughout your journey with with them, to answer your questions, to make adjustments if necessary, to make sure that you understand what is going on, and if something isn’t working out, they will work with you to find out why it’s not working and to find solutions that will work for you! Am I right? Well guess what? They lied! Liar, liar, pants on fire! After I received that message from the good doctor, my account was immediately suspended and I had no access. So, I made another account and sent another email advising that I wanted my money back in full because I had only taken 2/3rd’s of one of three bottles. They shot me back a reply with amazing speed! (It’s astounding how quickly they will respond when you talk money isn’t it?) With no hello or sweet ado’s they hesitated not to point me quickly in the direction of their “no refund policy”. Imagine that! The things that make you say “hummmm” know what I mean? Well, yippy skippy! I am just going to contact my credit card company and advise them that this business is a scam and let them know that they intentionally sold me a product that not only didn’t work but, made my problem worse! And ask them to not honor the payment. That’ll learn’em! I hate businesses that do this stuff! They give other businesses who actually do sell a decent product a bad name! They do not have this “BEWARE” sign prominently placed so that you would normally notice it when you are shopping their website. As I said… this COMPANY IS A SCAM!

The medication is not working and the side effects are dangerous. I would like to talk with someone live (not via chat, waiting 4 hours for a response) about what changes I can make or how I can return the medication I will not use. I have stopped taking the medication after 3+ weeks of no results + dangerous side effects.

When I first started with hers, it was a great experience. They made it really easy to sign up and I got to start the medication which was awesome. Then, out of the blue, I got notified by them that my treatment was no longer available and they were super unclear about my options. The message thread didn't come to a conclusion, but hers thought they could just sign me up for a 3 month subscription that charged me $1,700 and automatically shipped a month's worth of the medication. So now I have a box at home of a medication I can't take and I was only able to get $798 back. I get it, I have the medication, they have to keep some of the money. But honestly, my issue is I was told that what I was doing WAS NO LONGER AVAILABLE. And then they just... SIGNED ME UP FOR SOMETHING? It is actually INSANE that hers is willing to charge someone 1.7k WITHOUT CONFIRMING AND WARNING. INSANE.
