Overall, I am satisfied with hers. I am upset with my last check-in. I felt as if my provider assumed I wanted to increase my dosage and I wasn't actively taking additional steps to better my mental health. At no time did I mention increasing my dosage. This is my first experience with mental health care. It was a little disheartening when I felt like what I was feeling or experiencing wasn't valid or of concern.

The simplicity and convenience of the whole experience being on line.

Great, but I would love to be able to select the medications separately, I already have two out of three. Would I be able to do that? Thanks

Your initial set-up is awesome. I did expect to have more check-ins. Being a binge eater, it's good to have someone hold me accountable

Honestly I've loved this experience! Having control over my body and healthcare is empowering and makes me feel safe, especially in the United States. The staff is very kind and my order came discretely and in good time. The only discouraging thing about my experience was Nurse Practitioner Cindy Roberts. I am a transgender male and she made some very ignorant comments about me as a person, my sex life, and the community I am in as a whole. She assumed that I wasn't having sex because I'm trans and said other ignorant things. She also assumed I would not have sex with men (a larger part of the reason I'm on BC). I was very disappointed by her.

I decided to try Hers after several months of extreme hair shedding. I have been using Rogain topical for years but lately it has let me down. I was a little nervous about trying something new, especially since I had to stop Rogain altogether. But after starting Hers within about two weeks the hair shedding has almost halted. I can start to see some very fine new growth hairs coming in. I have committed to doing something good for myself this year and I am very grateful that I decided to try Hers.

So far so good, I think I’m starting to see some new growth.

It took a while to receive my package but the prescription is really good. It helped to clear my acne so quick. The customer service and staff in general are great. They answer quick and are very helpful and kind.
