They wouldn't even help me and wouldn't even explain why! They say they help people with mental health and i did the whole assessment. I was within their range and then they decided not to help me. HERS Sucks!!!!

Disappointed in HERS
I’ve been on HERS for 4 months now and literally down 5 pounds if that. I paid out of pocket so really disappointed. After 3 months I got my A1C checked and it hadn’t budged after 3 months, which is questionable. I’ll be moving to Wegovy since they’ve reduced the price. Hopefully, I’ll see a difference.

I never complete the purchase and still…
I never complete the purchase and still received the medicine I decided against using. As I was checking out, I saw the side effects of monoxidil. As a woman with PCOS, I do NOT want to increase the hair growing all over. My card declined and I was thankful so I backed out of the screen. I had no idea you'd go ahead and send it anyway. I'm not taking the meds. I haven't even opened the bottle. You can cancel all my info from your database forever. 😡

Uncaring about women’s health/ gaslighting
I’ve had a frustrating experience with Hims & Hers regarding my birth control. I have a known sensitivity to different brands — Yaz works well for me, while Loryna has caused acne flare-ups and other side effects. I’ve repeatedly explained this, but my concerns were dismissed with the claim that “the active ingredients are the same,” and I was sent Loryna instead of Yaz. This recent issue over the last two days — combined with previous dismissals and even a subscription cancellation without my consent — has been incredibly frustrating. Brand switches with hormonal contraceptives are not neutral; for someone sensitive like me, each switch can have real physical and emotional consequences. I hope this feedback helps emphasize the importance of listening to patient experiences and providing consistent, safe access to medications.

I took it two days in a row and it made me feel super weird because I’m on blood pressure medication and when I filled out the see if I qualify form, I mentioned my medication and bought five months worth of hers and I’m not able to use any of it. I’ve emailed twice and have had no response from the company.

The company it’s self is amazingly awesome and the people that work for Her are very kind, the medication I’m taking for hair loss is not working for me. If anything I have began to notice more hair loss when I wash my hair and first brush it in mornings.
