I paid close to $700 for weight loss
I paid close to $700 for weight loss. I followed the plan exactly as prescribed. I did not lose an ounce in 5 weeks, actually I gained 2 lbs. When I made that comment on line, I received an automated response about my hair plan. Ideally, I'd like to send all my pills back, and get the correct plan for ME. Since I'm a "patient", you should contact me directly.

Charged $175 without approval
Horrible, they take advantage of people. Used the site to see what it entails for thinning hair. Consult was supposed to free and I saw there was an initial discount for the 5 month supply for 50 something $, which I never agreed to purchase until I saw what was recommended. So I was shocked when I opened my autogenerated email and saw they automatically shipped the 5 month supply without me approving it and charged me $175!!!! I did cancel without problems but really-$175 for what? When I asked, I didn’t get a reply. Watch your charges from this company!

I was in the hospital today because my gallbladder couldn’t handle the medication. I got no follow ups from prescribing team and could not get guidance on how to tolerate better

Impossible to cancel
Im trying to cancel. I canceled immediately after my original order. I've been charged. I canceled again. Order still arrived. I dont want product. I tried to cancel once again, I hope I don't get product next cycle. Very annoying and too expensive. Your customer service is horrible. Get a phone number.
