The formula (liquid) is nice and smells…
The formula (liquid) is nice and smells nice, and I think I'm seeing baby hairs returning to the areas of my issue. I try to put my hair UP so that the formula can adhere to the scalp as much as possible, but sometimes it can get on my hair and then it gets oily and hard to style.

Will not reimburse for medications
I was prescribed kit 2 but could not tolerate the medication. I asked to switch to a GLP1 but Hers would not refund the 3 month supply of medication that I am unable to take. Edit: Hers reached out after this review and did a partial refund for the medication very promptly.

Signing up and receiving my product was…
Signing up and receiving my product was super smooth and simple. I didn’t give a rating of 5 because more options of answers should be available. For example, I have not started using the product yet. Not starting using is not an option on the email check ins. If you’re using that data to drive decision making, you’re receiving wrong answers from some of your clientele.
