Still awaiting prescription
Still awaiting prescription. 30 days in and I have not received even the initial dose. I did not find out that there was a shortage until I reached out to find out where my orders were. For $2,300 I am hoping these start soon and there are no future interruptions.

User Experience Could Be Better
Concept of company is great, however there are still some operational things to work through. No option to change shipment address or dates, so I was forced to cancel my subscription and then go through the intake process all over again. Responsivity to messages is hit or miss and you never get reconnected to the same practicioner. I also can't log in on dekstop through hers, I have to go through hims.

Slow start
The application and review process along with the delivery schedule are great, no issues. I'm just frustrated because my weight loss has been extremely slow. Or maybe my expectations were unreasonable. But I'm sticking with it and plan to increase my activity level.

I wish you had as part of your app to actually record what you’re eating as you’re eating it, as well as water as you’re drinking it. Your app only allows you to do this at the end of the day.

I do not love the topical hair…
I do not love the topical hair treatment. I feel like it makes my hair and scalp feel dirty which makes me have to wash it daily.

Bad and good
Dislike: It took awhile to get my products. It's expensive. Leaves a residue on my hair. I don't wash my hair every day so the days I don't, my hair feels a little gross. Like that it's easy to use. Hopefully it will work.

Not seeing results
