Bad customer service. They make you pay upfront for a 4 month supply of weight loss pills and there is no moneyback guarantee. I had terrible side effects right away. They should only charge you a month to see how someone does on it. They kept telling me to power through. Why would you tell someone to keep on going when the side effects were intolerable? Plus I gained 8 pounds in one month when I was eating very healthy and exercising. Scam.

I am extremely disappointed that your system overwrites credit card information. I used 1 card to purchase the GLP 1. Then I decided to add the hair vitamins and was prompted to add my credit card again but this time for the $132. No where in your app does this say it will overwrite. I sent my concerns and was told to update my card and of course that did not fix anything and I am still charged on the wrong card for the GLP. This is huge consumer issue and I am thinking of reporting it as such to consumer affairs. Why ask for the credit card again for an add on order? I would even try it again showing the flaw.

Not effective.

Im so disappointed. I moved to this company because I had seen some great reviews on them and they kept being advertised on my instagram. Prior to Hers I had worked with Henry Meds but wanted to try something new. On Henry Meds I had lost about 20 pounds and with Hers, same compounded semaglutide, I gained a few pounds. I recently reached out to customer service and a Nurse Practitioner responded stating that she's never heard of this happening. Which I admit, it seems strange to me as well and hoped that we could come up with a solution because I was willing to give them another shot. I then received a message from someone else who just provided me with the information from the pharmacy that they used to give me my medication. I should not be the one reaching out to the pharmacy, especially with the "care" that is supposed to be provided in the subscription fee. I can't believe they gave no solution or helped me in anyway and I will not be going back to this company and suggest anyone else looking into this brand tries a different company like Henry Meds. For spending almost $1500 dollars, this is not a fair solution.

I have seen no difference as my hair is still falling out just as it was. Thank you for the concern. Not working for me yet. Linda

Your medicine is too expensive, and I couldn't find another specialist for a need of mine

I started using Hers for hair loss treatment and it ended up being one of the worst decisions I’ve made for my hair. I followed the plan as prescribed, but after starting minoxidil, my hair began falling out in alarming amounts. I reached out to the care team multiple times over several months, sending updates and expressing concern as my shedding worsened. Each time, I received very generic replies reassuring me that shedding was “normal” and part of the process, even though it clearly wasn’t improving and I was losing much more hair than before starting treatment. It wasn’t until many months later (after significant loss) that I was finally told to stop the product and see a dermatologist. There was no proactive follow-up, no genuine concern, and no meaningful medical guidance while my hair continued to deteriorate. I now have visibly thinner & less hair and patchy areas that I never had before. I would not recommend this service at all

Side affects are extreme doctors are dismissive and offer minimal solutions and there is no refund if they deem you not a candidate for the kits after you’ve paid and started the kits
