I love the convenience of being able to get whatever I need, however the communication lacks terribly. I haven't seen any results with semiglutide and I am doing everything I'm supposed to. They were also supposed to increase my retinol cream and it took six months, until I renew, to finally increase the dose. When I communicate about these concerns they tell me they increase the dose but then when I get it in the mail it's the same. When I communicate my concerns about the semi-glutide I just get a response that jess it can take up to 7 to 8 months to work.

Getting a hold of customer service or a doctor provider - 0 Knowing what is being sent to me (skin or hair) or knowing what doctor provider is talking to me (skin or hair) - 0 I literally asked a provider if they were contacting me about the skin product or hair product, they said hair and then I got skin. Horrible horrible, inexistent communication Skin is not better at all. Hair is thicker. Hence the 3

I took my shot before bed. I woke up feeling decent. By Saurday afternoon diarrhea begins. I had that for 5 days. I lost 7.7 pounds after 1 week. The second shot was mild diarrhea. I gained 1 pound. I feel reason I gained is I had nothing left in me and started eating better. The third shot I was feeling extremely tired. Extremely constipated and sick to stomach. I lost 1.3 pounds. So far, fourth shot is doing well. Minimal nauseousness this go round.

I just started taking the hair meds regularly. I was a little worried about side effects so waited until after the holidays

I have a recurring RX and it was not due to refill for 3 weeks according to my calendar, but I did not receive a notice from the company and it was debited three weeks early. I would have appreciated a reminder e-mail as it caught me off-guard financially.

I had asked if my RX could be tailored and only needed 2 out of 3 meds in my kit. One made my stomach hurt. I was losing weight with just the Wellbutrin and metformin. Was told I could not adjust my kit. If the 2 meds worked I don't understand why I had to buy all 3 . It is such a waste of medication

I have no problems with the company. The medication, Bupropion gives me a bit of anxiety. I am supposed to be taking 2 pills but I am afraid i can't. My job is a bit stressful and very fast paced. I help solve problems all day in hotels with General Managers and HR Directors and there are times that I can't articulate my words.
