I just don't find I am losing the weight I'd like to lose. This is the program I can afford and I don't wish to use injections. I have added moderate exercise and cut calories. I have been stuck at minus 10 pounds since I began the program. Ideally I'd like to withdraw from the program and incur no further costs.

I do like that questions are quickly answered, I wasn’t a fan of all the medications that were not right for me, but I appreciated the cost being low. I did not like having to pay for 5 months up front and really only wished to take pills for 3 months. The pills were working with weight loss but made me feel pretty down, tired, and had headaches. My hair is still falling out in clumps

Not really seeing much improvement; at least not yet. I’ll continue to give it a try.

I like the discreetness and convenience of app interaction and mail order Rx. I was a bit unhappy with the results.

I shouldn’t be giving a review this early on, as I was warned that losing even more hair is common in the early months, which is happening to me. The process of getting the minoxidil/biotin hair supplement was an easy process, and other than losing more hair there have been no negative side effects.

Your system is not personalized. If you notice someone isn’t making progress, it would be helpful for a professional to reach out and see how the experience can be improved. Perhaps suggesting a more suitable program that may garner the desired result. Right now I’m just a credit card number to you. I did reach out and after a lot of back and forth I am now on a stronger dose. I didn’t mind paying more, I just wished someone would have reached out before I continued to receive medication that wasn’t working. I am still looking for another system to use. I don’t think you’re the one, but I’ll see in the next twelve weeks.

I like the check-ins I get and the medication I get works well. But what I don't like is the fact that they don't take my insurance so it's way more expensive than it should be. But I guess the price of convenience is over $300 for 3 months worth of pills.
