I have only one complaint
I have only one complaint. I keep getting emails and texts from you saying I need to renew my Klarna payment or something bad will happen. I have called Hers and you say I am paid in full. I have already maid my first payment to Klarna. There is NO need for me to renew. But I panic a little each time I get that email/text from you.

My experience
I appreciate the quick, efficient support. The information provided is education. I don't understand why if a lower mg is not working, why do I have to waste my time with it and wait 3 weeks for my next refill. Can you explain that to me?

Constipation vs weight loss
I remain on a low dose (0.4) losing 2LBS per week, for most of the time. However, the side effect that I have developed has me perplexed and irritable with the uncertainty (how long will this continue). I eat mainly veggies then protein and a small amount of grain carbs. I take vitamins/minerals (including electrolytes and magnesium). The side fx is embarrassing to write about. No person can tell yet I know.

It was all fine
It was all good; however, your pricing is not upfront enough. One needs to dig to find the true costs. That is one of the main reasons I canceled my membership. I don't think you are alone in this practice. The GPL-1 offers are all over the place, and most of them seem to operate like this. The good part is that I felt like the doctors were very prompt, answered all my questions, and were courteous.

I love that you guys are on top of my needs. I have no side effects from the pill. It's very helpful to have a Dr to talk to at any time as well if I have any questions.
