Possible shipping weeoe
I recently received 9mg instead of 25 and when I sent a message they said I clicked 9 mg but I distinctly remember ensuring I selected 25 mg because I’m not losing weight. There’s no way to go back in the history and confirm what I selected. I think it was an error and they don’t want to deal with it. For the price I would expect better. I’m considering switching to cash pay with good rx and go to Ro

I had really bad side effects from the Wegovy pill and the app is so complicated
I had really bad side effects from the Wegovy Pill. The Dr’s were somewhat helpful. After the symptoms subsided I asked to have the next dose up for the following month’s Refill then had to go back and forth with multiple dr’s asking the same questions over and over to get the RX for that dose but never got charged for the next month RX only the stupid subscription! So here I am two weeks with no meds, can’t figure out how to get you guys to charge me so I can get my prescription on the app anywhere so I started looking around and found a discount card straight from Wegovy to get my RX for $150 straight from my pharmacy and not dumb membership! So thanks for this email, it reminded me to cancel with you guys. You should refund me for the month since you never sent my actual medicine! Do the right thing here guys. ETA- thank you for the reply, where do I send you my information? There’s no reply button on this page.

It's a bit deceptive about the costs
It's a bit deceptive about the costs. If it goes up much further i may have to cancel. The membership fees are kind of high and it wasn't very up front that they would be increasing so dramatically.

I placed my initial order and after TWO…
I placed my initial order and after TWO months I finally received my order. After messaging to inquire my initial order was cancelled and a substitute was sent. I am sending this to let you know that the time frame was extremely disappointing due to my medical condition (hair loss) that I am dealing with. I was not kept updated and actually hope my refill goes smoothly. There isn’t a way to contact anyone. On ai auto responses.
