They even ask whether you want a pill or an injection, which made it seem like they were providing legitimate GLP-1 options. Instead, they misrepresented the prescription. I specifically requested a GLP-1, yet they issued a prescription for a standard weight-loss pill, not a GLP-1 medication. This is extremely misleading and not what I agreed to. To make matters worse, I subscribed for six months and paid in advance, trusting their process. Before even receiving the product — which had shipped but had not been delivered — I cancelled my order. Despite this, HERS refused to take the product back or refund the several hundred dollars I had already paid. My advice: ✔️ Read all the fine print carefully. ✔️ Try a one-month supply first instead of committing to a long subscription. ✔️ Make sure you fully understand what they’re actually prescribing you. I would not recommend their program based on this experience. Transparency and customer care should come first — and unfortunately, that is not what I encountered.

I had an awful experience with Hers. After placing my order for my GLP-1 medication, I got a notification that the order was being filled at the pharmacy. The problem was that the order showed it was “being filled” for an entire week. I received zero communication about the order, even though the help article on the website says that Hers will notify the customer about the payment issue. That never happened. Anyway, I reached out for help in the “care” section of the app. The responses were obviously pre-written and not helpful at all, but the worst part is that I was told my account would go into arrears if my card was charged a certain number of times without being successful. I tried to explain that I had to increase the debit limit on my card (which I already did multiple times to ensure there wouldn’t be any issues), or else the card would be declined. I kept getting generic responses. The “care” assistant finallyyy gave me a phone number to call for customer service, but when I called, the automated answering machine kept trying to get me to make changes to my account online rather than speak to a human. When I eventually was able to speak to a real person, the agent was very nice, but no one could figure out why the charge didn’t go through *or* why I was never notified about the issue. They eventually told me that the issue was that I had selected Klarna at the checkout process and that the process was never completed. That’s not true. I originally selected Klarna, but I changed the payment method to card so that I paid the full amount. My bank statement showed the full amount, so it was clear that I didn’t pay with Klarna. Anyway, I called the bank and made sure everything was good to go. They confirmed that the charge never went through, but that the issue was with Hers, not the bank. Anyway, I was told that I would have to complete the intake process all over again and then wait yet again for a new prescription. I decided not to use Hers anymore because I don’t want to go through the hassle of all of this again. Plus, the “care” assistance was clearly not personalized. I don’t feel confident at all that I would get great care if I were to have issues with the medication, like side effects or dosage changes. Take it from me: you’re better off going with GLP-1 company. The communication practices are terrible. The only saving grace was the customer service agent on the phone who actually took time to listen to my issue and attempt to help, but I shouldn’t have had to go through all of that trouble just to talk to a real person.

How do I get a hold of someone to talk to? Nauseous all the time. Never stops. Have been on real Ozempic and never got sick. Barely losing any weight.

They kept saying the pharmacy had just filled my prescription and would ship soon. They said Nov 23 it was ready to ship and then again and again the same answer and no shipment. Same automatic answer every time . I told them I needed a more specific answer or I wanted my money back. They went ahead and canceled my subscription after telling me all was well and ready to ship for five days. Unacceptable.

I have been on semaglutide for 2 months and haven't lost any weight. I am very disappointed so far. If things don't change in the next couple of weeks, I will quit and leave a very unflattering review. PLEASE up my dose.
