Fast, friendly

So far I have had a positive experience. Had a couple of questions and had a quick response from a care team member with suggestions on what to try.

I’m losing some weight. I’m not sure if I am supposed to increase my meds though.

I'm only starting week 4 so I haven't seen any big changes except losing 4 pounds and my appetite is not like it used to be. I don't have the desire to snack while watching TV or because of boredom so that's a start I suppose. Lol. I have noticed I drink alot more water than I used to and I drank alot anyway but I'm not complaining one bit. Overall, I'm sticking with the program and hope more results are in the future.

Things are going well. Not losing weight super fast, but losing.

I was using a topical Minoxidil and needed to stop it to start taking my Hers tablets. As I suspected, my hair did start to thin, but after a few weeks of taking the tablets, it started growing again. It is now back to where it was with the topical solution and is growing faster and stronger. I can hardly wait to see what it will look like after a year of taking my Hers tablets.

My hair stopped shedding after about 6 weeks of taking the meds. I am continuing to take them probably for the next couple of years for fear my hair will start falling out again. I have new growth on my bald spot and I am very grateful.
