I have been trying to get a old of someone to up the delivery of my next weight loss drug to arrive before 12/30 when I leave the country for 2 months, So far every avenue I have tried has failed. I cannot move delivery date up those extra couple of days to accomodate my travel schedule. I need help please!!! I can't even find my order number on your web site to answer your questions!

They really downplay the side effects of GP1. I got sick to my stomach almost immediately and one week after taking my one and only dose, I am still throwing up daily and am unable to eat at all for the past 4 days. If I don't improve by tomorrow I am going to urgent care for an IV. There is nothing you can do to alleviate it either. They say it can take up to 5 weeks for it to exit your system. I hope that isn't true after only one dose. This is not the way I wanted to lose weight.

I can’t talk to a person. You tried charging my cards every week ( of course on Friday when most people get paid). I tried calling, emailing, ANYTHING to talk to a person to stop trying to charge when I went through the automated system to cancel the order. THE NEXT FRIDAY YOU CHARGED MY CARD. Spoke to your idiot software and got a refund and you STILL SENT ME YOUR BULLSHIT PRODUCT. Is $150 for the glass bottle and $10 for the product? I haven’t taken anything out of it and big surprise, never heard back when asking how to return it back to you so it went in the trash. Take me off all of your communications, remove any cards, any information you have about me, delete it. I hope I NEVER HEAR FROM YOU AGAIN.

I want to share my experience with His & Her Hair so others won’t go through what I did. Their hair supplement pills did absolutely nothing for me, and when I tried to cancel my subscription, I hit a complete dead end. Nothing worked until I was forced to cancel my entire credit card just to stop them from charging me. What shocked me even more is that after I canceled, they somehow contacted my husband’s phone — which has NEVER happened with any company — and claimed that his number was “the new number on the account.” This was completely unacceptable and extremely disturbing. Throughout the entire process, I felt like I was dealing with a company that was totally unresponsive, unhelpful, and only focused on taking money from people in any way possible. Based on my personal experience, I strongly recommend that people stay far away from this company.

So far-they were quick to take my almost $1200 for 6 month prescription, and have yet to ship. Every inquiry is met with-“we will notify you when it ships”. At this point, I would rather go somewhere live as they now are going to ship medication when I am not able to receive it, risking it being frozen. And there is nothing I can do.

The medications don’t work and even when you cancel they will charge your card and send meds anyways … then good luck getting ahold of customer service!!! Don’t waste your time they will just tell you it’s your fault and they are sorry 🙄🙄 they don’t care after they get their money!!!!!
