I really like the convenience and the accessibility of birth control but the pushing of the weight loss EVERYWHERE (emails,adds, tv commercials, podcast commericals) is triggering for someone who is recovered from an eating disorder. I have considered canceling because of how hard it’s being pushed.

I dont have a human to speak to.

I don't get any curbing of hunger.

I have the flu and will start back up in a couple weeks and will pay at that time

UPDATE: I'm still not thrilled with how fast I was locked into a purchase, or at the hoops I had to jump through to correct the problem, but the problem did get corrected and I got a refund. So, I'm changing my rating from one-star to three. ---------------------------------- This turned out to be a Predatory Website I went to the forhers.com weight loss website. I signed up, but 5 minutes later my doctor told me not to take semaglutide. I went back onto the site (and this was 10 minutes after the initial sign-up!) and cancelled the subscription, and I got a confirmation that made it appear as though the website accepted my cancellation. However, my bank called that afternoon about a strange $897 charge on my card, and it turns out it was forhers.com, so I went onto the Hers website again - yes that same day - and cancelled again. And I got another confirmation. Today I got a notification that the order shipped, and the $897 charge went through. They lie and let you think you have cancelled, but there simply is no way to do it, even if you do so within mere minutes. I think this company is dicey and I am quite upset about being out this amount of money. In my honest opinion, forhers.com is a PREDATORY WEBSITE. UPDATE: I got an email from the company now with what amounted to a too-bad-so-sad response. Doing everything in my power to reject the package before it gets here.

The process and availability in which to communicate with someone about your mental needs is great. It'd be nice if there was a "support group" feature or a list of validated support groups for mental health patients to utilize if need be. Not everyone can make therapy appointments given work schedules and not many towns/cities have in-person support groups.

Everything was great until my first order processed. My card was charged and then.... radio silence. Checked with the Help Center on the status and wasn't given a solid response on the arrival until I pressed. Stating if there was a supply demand issue, don't charge the payment until the product is ready to ship. Next response was an auto generated shipment/tracking notice. Then I had the issue with my refill coming within two weeks of my initial shipment. The Help Center agreed to delay the product for 14 days.
